I left a review back in 2021 that I can see has been removed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. The customer service is disgusting I was ignored for months on end when my ring was faulty, how can a company that are meant to be dealing with such sensitive matters have such little care for their customers? You will be disappointed a few months after receiving your item (if you ever do) as the quality is absolutely shocking alongside the customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered and paid over £300 for 2 rings in April this year.The ashes kit i sent with the ashes inside never got delivered even though I sent recorded and I've not received them back. Maybe not the companies fault but...So far I have had no replacement kit sent, refund or any contact since What's app message in May

Absolutely stunning rings! With a quick service also. I did have one issue which after contacting them about it they were apologetic and rectified the issue quickly. I did also ask a question about delivery and again customer service responded shortly after. I ordered 2 rings one for me and one was a gift hence a picture of just one ring. The packaging was beautiful, also came with an angel wings candle, gift bag, and a certificate of authenticity which made it more special. Have recommended to both family and friends.

My order arrived promptly and packaged well. My problem is the communication or lack of it. My order is missing an item and the only form of communication is WhatsApp which theyve ignored my messages on. Their phone line dosnt work. Very disappointing because my order was for my brother who has additional needs and dosnt understand why this item wasn't in the order. Added stress for us after recently loosing our Mam. Will not be using this company again.

10/10 for the pieces 0/10 for communicationI made an order on 10th June for 4 pieces of jewellery.Firstly our payment wouldn’t go through due to an issue on the website. I contacted the WhatsApp number on the website as this was the only method of contact they had. They replied within minutes and helped sort the issue.We received the vile to return the ashes and the first chamber necklace no issues and quite quickly after the order was placed.A few weeks went by and we didn’t hear anything other than that they had received the ashes.Another few weeks went by and I tried to contact again on the 1st July to which no reply. Again on the 6th - again no reply. I had to comment on an Instagram post to gain attention. I finally got a reply the next day when I was then told one of the pieces of out of stock and that there would be a 4 week wait and an apology to say I should have been told - fair enough! I requested the other outstanding 2 necklaces to be done and sent, we received these a week later.Which brings us to 4 weeks later, 31st July. Contacted again to ask about the outstanding one piece that wasn’t in stock 4 weeks prior. No reply. Another message sent on 4th August and a comment left on another Instagram post and a Facebook post. I finally got a reply on 9th august stating there was issues with notifications coming through from messages and that there was an issue with my original order and this wouldn’t now be available until the middle of august. I chose another jewellery piece as I was beginning to worry I had been scammed even after receiving the previous necklaces.What I don’t understand is.. if WhatsApp is the ONLY communication method with your clients (at present, your website states you’re moving which is fair enough but for now it is the only method) why is this not being monitored daily and customers being left in the dark. (Other than when payment is an issue). I also tried calling and not one phone call was answered.The new price of my new charm was less than the original price I paid - only £4 - but I haven’t this refund yet either so I doubt I will as I won’t be able to contact anyone regarding so I guess take this as a tip?All in all I would love to share a 10/10 as the necklaces are amazing and the packaging and delivery is good but the due to the poor communication regarding such a delicate matter of ashes of a loved one. I can’t.

My ashes ring is very pretty and came presented in a beautiful box, a lovely keepsake. However, I'm disappointed that my ring is too big and on speaking to the owner the day after collection I was told that nothing could be done about. My sister was told before purchasing that sizes could be altered. I did comment at the time of measuring that it was a very hot day and maybe not the best idea. Our family purchased 9 rings and so would have expected better after service. I've had my finger and ring remeasured at a jeweller, who agreed the ring is too big.

If I could give minus stars I would.Please don't waste your time or money with this awful company. I thought my issue of my package not being delivered to my house was in the process of being resolved. Well a month in, guess what still no package. Now that I am getting very frustrated I am regularly ignored by their WhatsApp 'customer service'. I will be on the phone to my bank to report this company as scammers, that's £70 down the drain for me. I wish I read the reviews before buying from this company. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, AVOID!!!!!

There is an excellent choice of products and all stunning. I found my perfect pendant which put ashes into - heart shaped with a bone on it and I added birthstone month as extra. Service was super and item arrived the next day after ordering. The loss of one of dogs was so sudden and to be able have a piece of him with me always in this necklace means so much and the instructions to fill it were fantastic, easy to follow with option to have the company do it for you if weren't sure yourself. I will highly recommend this company and certainly keep them in mind. I don't think photos do the item justice - it is an absolute stunning piece and does bear a good weight to it as well - brilliant quality.

I bought a ring in 2021 and the resin has recently fallen out. This cost me £360 so it wasnt cheap. I've tried to contact this company to see how to get it fixed and they literally are uncontactable. There is no phone number, they say whatsapp is a quick way to get through, but they dont reply to messages and there are no email addresses. Perhaps if they read this review and contact me I can then change it to a glowing one, as the product was lovely, but, I cannot wear it at the moment as i dont want it to break any more and it really feels like this company doesn't appreciate the importance of the products they provide, not wearing this ring is heartbreaking. Please contact me. I have contacted you on Whatsapp and so has my partner and neither of us have had a response!!!!!!!
