Used U-Drive and found the service is amazing..lovely person called Emily I think..but she was super helpful and got me sorted. Great vehicle, and look forward to using them again. And super competitive prices. We'll recommended.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Very good 7.5 tonne truck used... clean and tidy. Heavy on the diesel... did 370 miles and spent £160 on fuel. Reverse gear very difficult to manage without being muscle-bound! Highly recommended firm.

Would of given zero stars but its not an option. They kept me waiting 90 mins in the morning while they messed with van. When I brought it back they tried to charge me extra for fuel even though I had filled it up. Never again.

Absolute shambles of a company! Avoid! Booked online only for them to ring me 10 minutes later to say bookings aren't guaranteed and they hadn't got a van available but happily pre authorised my card which is held for A MONTH! said they released it but spoke to the bank who says they haven't because they didn't include a release code with the original payment meaning it will sit there for a month. They blamed the bank but the bank fully explained some companies don't include it because it's extra work and when you try to sort it out with them you just get rude people who have zero idea what they are doing. Great if you have money sitting around you don't need but most of us don't. I have to hire vans regularly and this was my first experience of this company and my absolute last! Don't use them unless you have money to burn!!

Easy to book, cheaper than most rental companys, never had a problem using this company, been using U-drive for over 6years now.

I was moving house and decided that all the removal quotes were way too high, so I hired the High Top Long wheel base van and the Luton Power Lift van. If you can handle the extra width, length and height of the Luton van, I would go for that. The extra load volume capacity is better than the Long wheel base van, and you've got the power lift tailgate on the Luton that the van doesn't have. If you've got narrow roads or limited turning space, I'd definitely go for the long wheel base van. The van also has parking sensors that make reversing easier. The Luton doesn't have any sensors whatsoever. Great service and pick up and drop off was super easy. Don't forget your UK licence and National insurance number.

Fantastic service, very easy to book and picking up/dropping off the van was no problem. Customer service was also very friendly and helpful. Great price, could not recommend more highly.
