Kwik Fit - Royston

I had my MOT done here, only for it to fail I was told I needed a new tyre for it to pass, which while waiting seemed to be everyone’s problem, which was a bit suspicious! After receiving some advisory's for my car they quoted me in excess of £300 for my car to be fixed properly. My car was then passed after not being retested once the new tyre was on. I then took my car to another garage which is certified by high end car brands. I was told there that 90% of the advisory’s were wrong and that my car would not have passed if those advisory’s were actually true. I’m very concerned with this as to me they seem to be getting customers to pay for things they do not need! it’s on the borderline of being fraudulent. I would strongly advise everyone to not use this garage!

Very helpful and friendly place. My car failed its MOT late on a Friday and they still found time to fit a reasonably priced tyre there and then, saving me a trip back for a re-test.

Great service from Shane and the guys at Kwik-fit recently. I've had two tyres punctured in a month or so, both repairable thankfully. They did quick changes of the wheels with my spare so I didn't have to wait while they completed other jobs.Nice to see them checking wheel nut torques and all wheels - even though they've not worked on them - just to be sure all is ok.Thanks team!

Excellent service Shane the manager is always so helpful and honest, and if he's not in the the rest of the team follow by his example.It's the only garage I will go to as they are honest never tell me I need more then what is necessary, recent MOT passed with a few advisories the MOT tester was very friendly and they where very helpful in pricing up work that was advised and explaining the importance of getting this done in a reasonable time frame . It's hard to find a reliable honest garage I'm so glade I found Shane and his team in Royston, I highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Great, professional service and advice. Did my MOT & Full service here. Also got some brake disks & pads replaced and tyres replaced.

I took my car for service and the staff identified various issues with my breaks. They called me to discuss the options and fixed all within the same day. Jamie in particular was extremely helpful, tried to find the best and most cost effective solutions and was always very friendly. Have been here twice now, once for air conditioning re-gas to be told sorry can’t do it till next week which was five days later!!Second time was Wednesday which went in as I had a bolt in my tyre which needed puncture repair to be told sorry can’t do nothing till Wednesday the following week! Will never visit this Kwik fit again, also would recommend staying away from this branch too.

Had an emergency flat tyre and headed to Kwik Fit. Whilst they were already super busy, they found a slot. Thanks to Dia for going over and above in sorting out a non-related tyre issue and giving me a temporary fix for that. Great team. Thank you for keeping me safe!

Shane and his team at the Orchard Rd Branch in Royston were extremely helpful and informative.They are a great bunch of guys and very hard working. I will be coming back and will be recommending them to family and friends.Mr Carter, Barrington.

There are so many truly awful Kwik Fits, I think we all know that. Lads looking hungover, disinterested, rude. But this is not one of the branches you need to worry about. They actually care here, and seem to take pride in their work. They're informed, polite, punctual and professional, and in my experience, there isn't much hard sell, which I appreciate. Recommended.
