Francey’s Funeral Parlour

Alan arranged the funerals of both my parents and my father-in-law. He and his staff dealt with all matters in such a caring and sensitive way and made everything run so smoothly at such a difficult time for us. My mother passed away on Christmas Eve 2018 and Alan so meticulously took care of everything which needed attended to that day. We used his excellent facilities on the Toome Road for my mother's funeral and the refreshments afterwords, which I highly recommend.

My fathers funeral was taken care of very well we as a family were happy with the service unfortunately my mother passed away recently , my father was brought home for his wake in a hearse and my mother was brought home for her wake in a van not positioned on a shelf but on the floor not in a secured way sitting at an angle and the chairs for the wake were in the back along with her as a family we were disapointed but when it was explained to us this is a new thing as it doesnt upset the neighbours as the van had blacked out windows but it did upset my family an my mothers neighbours as she was brought home for the last time in a van I never complain its not my thing but i cringe every time i think of my mum in the back of a van i feel the need to voice my opinion

The service our family received from beginning to end was of the very highest order.We were treated with professional perfection coupled with sympathy and support.Could not recommend more highly the service and care we received at Franceys funeral home.
