Nice little cafe with a vast menu catering to every palette. I enjoyed my English breakfast but the authentic masala chai could have been more authentic than just a tea bag in hot milk/water mixture. The service was good and it is a little pricier than other little cafes.

Walking by I had to stop to try cafe concerto. Super busy on a Saturday lunchtime. Only takeaways was available upon my visit. Soon as you walk in it’s a buzzing atmosphere with large overhanging chandeliers and fine decor. I was extremely disappointed with my cappuccino. It was quite bland with no aroma and just didn’t have much flavour. It’s evident, people like to sit and chill and have a good chat. The atmosphere is bright and comfortable and the cakes look fresh. Service was ok, I could see and sensed the staff was extremely overworked which can rub on the customers. The bar had left over cups and plates which made the main area look so chaotic and unpleasant to receive takeaways from.

I had the best Lunch here, delicious as always. Great customer service from Carmin100% recommended 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Restaurant in the Heart of London.Very Friendly professional people and Good Quality Freshly Prepared Foods!!!

Let's start with a sandwich feedback by saying that the food is amazing at these venues (when available, and today wasn't for everything from the menu). We had to go for fish and chips, well presented, and Aperol Spritz. This is the reason for the 5 stars.However, only 1 star for the service; left more than 40 mins with empty plates (after lunch) in front of us, we were ready to order more... almost none in the back room and waiters were just hanging around. I can see the true colours of the brexit and the lost good service before provided by Europeans.We are good customers at Cafe Concerto and never had such experience; this was my motivation for taking off the 12.5% of service charge.The only nice member of the staff was the girl who collected the payment (Jelena), she was interested in listening to the feedback.

Nice decor, slow staff that don't seem like they want to be there... was getting depressed just watching them stand around. The food is pretty bad... pancakes look good but taste like they were microwaved.

The full English breakfast was good, also the place is very nice. However, I was not satysfied with the tea - for almost £ 5 I would appreciate tea leaves and definitely not what I got. Finally, we were waiting 10 minutes with empty cups and glasses and none asked us if everything was ok, if we needed something or we wanted a bill.
