They have a very unethical work practice in place. They took the money out of account even though I clearly stated I wasn't happy with the agent quoting a different figure right at the end. He said it was basic supplier charges". My reservations have been messed up. Call them and they tell you they'll call back in 10 minutes. I'm thinking of reporting them for malpractice. Keep away from them."

as with any holiday.. if you go cheap you cannot have high expectations.Our experience was good, we have paid when booking for an upgraded room with balcony but we have not received that. I did not like the initial review pressure from the agency side.. do it now while I`m on the phone that was unexpected and unprofessional.Holiday was fine and Benidorm is amazing we stayd at Grand hotel Bali which I recommend

booked to fly to Australia for 2 people in December one stop going out in Feb and two stop coming back April. paid and all seemed ok. then within days the middle flight of return had been cancelled?. spoke to them and they rearranged the return flight as a one stop changing at LAX. Arrived at LAX and went to check in to flight home BA refused to let us board so we were stranded there my wife fraught with worry and very distressed. Finally we went to American Airlines desk who graciously flew us home some hours later. Later BA confirmed that the agent had not issued an Eticket for that leg so there was no valid ticket for them. After several call and emails to the agent they have sent us round in circles and now completely ignoring us for some compensation for the distress caused by their failures.Will not recommend to use as they take the money quick enough but customer support not acceptable.

I would not recommend anyone to deal with these scammers! I bought from them a ticket to Turkey all inclusive! Firstly, no one met us, we went by taxi for $ 60, and secondly, the hotel was supposed to be 4 Stars, it turned out to be 3 stars, but it was terrible in every sense !!! thirdly, we were told to pay separately for drinks! in the fourth, there was no buffet, for breakfast they brought us food, if you can call it food !!! on which the flies were sitting !!! the beach is wild, not cleaned !! guys we ran away from there on the first day of our arrival! travel lodges did not respond to our emails as soon as we entered the land of Turkey!!! so yes we got tricked hard! I collect everything for the court and they will return the money to me, but unfortunately a lot of people suffered from them,

Booked a ticket today with Travelopedia TA The Flight Office for the first time.I'm not disappointed. A really good service.I fly a regular route to the middle east every 7 or 8 weeks and I'm always looking out for the best deals on the trip. The FO came up after a search via the cheapflights aggregator. I checked the price with an online chat and asked for a cheaper one.I was dealt with by Karry who was really good. He got me a cheaper price than what was advertised on the website and which was actually almost £160 less than the airlines website.I always keep a record of the chat just in case and I always ask to confirm the held price several times. All was well.I paid by CC and waited for the ticket to arrive.The eTicket arrived in 4 hrs - I was a bit concerned that's why I have awarded 4/5 for the time delay. Anyways the eTicket arrived. I checked the airline booking site for the ref. It checked out. I chose my seats and entered passenger info and my FF number.All is well.I would definitely use The Flight Office again and recommend. Very good service. IATA member so they are empowered to issue tickets and carry ATOL protection.

Just landed from an amazing break in Iceland… Thank you for Travelpedia to fill my bucket list! Especially Diana, she is a super star, always a type away when you need her, she replied straight away every time I sent her a message, and she assisted us even when we were in Iceland! I was a bit sceptical at first, but now I would recommend them 100%

Case progressing. Seems to operate the same way as other foreign scam call centres. They'll push you for urgency, they'll ask for more money, they'll charge you for things you won't get. Baggage/transfers etc, and they'll be verbally abusive. Not abta covered or anything else, they were refused. Avoid!

We had major issues with American airlines meaning the flight was unavailable, this happened twice travelopedia staff worked hard to resolve the issues. However we were not the first people with the same problem AA staff admitted that. Would use travelopedia again

Customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Arrived at our destination airport. Transfer to hotel wasn’t there. Phoned company and had the most unhelpful phone operator possible. Refused to send another email with the details he claimed was on the transfer voucher even thought these were completely different to ours. Wouldn’t supply any contact details as they were on the voucher apparently( they weren’t ). After insisting that our transfer was there waiting and 2 hours of us walking round and round the airport trying to find it we got a taxi costing £150 to our hotel.Still we tried to contact by email to the company to check what’s going on, still no reply.Then on last two days I phone company again both times reassured that our transfer was legit, booked and would be collecting us at 5am to take us back. Needless to say it never costing £150 returning back to airport.On arrival back to the UK I was able to get in touch with the name of a company on the transfer voucher. To which a very helpful lady inform me that the operators(holiday company) had cancelled our transfer in January.Don’t touch this company.
