One of the better car dealers out there. I picked a car up from here that instantly had clutch and gearbox problems the dealer picked it up from outside my house paid for me a taxi to work for the next couple of days and fixed the problem so I can't complain at the level of service I got. Will more than likely go back when I need another car.

Complete cowboys, sell a car with inadequate repairs which causes the engine to seize, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Don't change V5 or give new keeper slip, All the warning signs was there, should have listened to my instinct

I bought my Audi A1 from John 3 months ago and he was the perfect gentleman ! The sales process was smooth and simple and he made everything easy and made sure the car had 12 months MOT on it as well!! Fast forward 3 months and 5 days the car developed a knocking noise. I took the car to Halfords and said they would need to do an investigation and then look for a fix … my guess was it’s going to cost serious £££ … my partner spoke with John and explained what had happened and he was more than willing to help out. He got the car booked in for Tuesday (6th sept) found the issue and has fixed it for me. John has been a true gentleman and has been an absolute gent all the way through and could not recommended these guys anymore highly !! Nice friendly staff, and nice little car that I brought. Such a shame that I was told they would sort the air con that wasn't working on the test drive and then then didn't. I know second hand cars don't have a lot of guarantee but it's a bit overwhelming when within 5 months of having the car (and very soon after the warranty ended) it needed, air con re gas, new clutch, knocking on the front left from strut bearing, blown headlight... twice and a faulty rear cluster... Maybe I'm just unlucky.

Recently bought a Peugeot 2008 from here. Excellent car at a fair price. John is what a car salesman should be. Polite, honest and no pressure to buy. Car developed a small fault after a few weeks but John had it fixed without hesitation. Would recommend simply car sales to anyone.

They sold me a car which, I later discovered, leaked water into the cabin. There was a big bag of silica gel hidden under the passenger seat to soak up the leaks. They were unhelpful when I raised the issue. In my opinion this is a dishonest dealer who will hide a car's faults and provide no after-sales service, and so is best avoided.
