I cannot recommend 4QD highly enough.Service has to be second to none . I have on occasions contacted them with a controller query and they have always responded in a helpful and cheerful manner. Also I should add that the DNO 10 controller I am running in my electric loco has performed faultlessly.

I was having problems getting parts to repair my 20 year old, well cared for and substantially built Golf Buggy cost effectively. Parts from the maker and dealership repair quotes were effectively confining it to the scrap heap.I stumbled on 4QD on line. They supplied part that was known to be faulty the next day by post. When tested, the original and now obsolete ECU worked much to my surprise but I now know that they make an alternative that can be easily adapted whenever it is needed.It would be good if the dealerships followed their example!I am very grateful for their prompt service and assistance.

Excellent customer support. I had a bank of their old battery condition meters - which have now been superseded by a better but larger model. I wanted to keep using the old ones because I they fitted well into my little unit. However after several years of (literally) continuous use, some of the LEDs had failed to light. I wasn't sure if this was fixable, but they replied to my query by return of email, and posted out some new LEDs for free.I am only a small customer of what is only a minor part of their business, but I was impressed by their willingness to engage and help me, and by the speed of their response.

I have fitted a pro 160 controller to a friends locomotive which is using a 12v dc series wound motor. The support given by Steve at 4QD was excellent. It took me several attempts to get it working with e-mails and phone calls with SteveGreat item and support thank youHarvey Edwards

We use a 4QD Controller in our 7 1/2 gauge model diesel loco and it works great. We have been using this unit for several years and it still works as new. Steve at 4QD has continually assisted with the success of my race team.
