My experience with Curtis Parkinson and the staff at the Bulwell office has been one of them understanding the frustrations of buying a house these days and with the added complications that our transaction posed. I thank them most sincerely for the courteous and professional ways that they coped with my anxiety and dealt with the problems as they cropped up. and will be using them in the near future.

I popped in to get some documents notarised in preparation for working abroad. All staff were professional, efficient and friendly and I was in and out within the hour. Price was comparable to anywhere else in the city and service was second to none. Would return!

Have used Curtis Parkinson many times now for conveyancing and wills and probate. Have also received a fantastic level of service, flexibility and professionalism. Can highly recommend.

Louise has been brilliant with our conveyancing. We had a very difficult time, without her advice and expertise our house would have been deemed unsaleable. She was always polite and got back to us promptly. We can't praise her and Kristy enough. The move made our life so much better.

Curtis and Parkinson have been fantastic over the years , everything from Wills, Trusts, Probates and Conveyancing. The kindest and understanding shown to me during a most difficult time was amazing. The fees were clear and transparent and very easy to understand ,I dealt with several people through out these processes and I found all to be equally professional and understanding. When I sent a question by email it was responded to the same day and if I called and requested a call back they called. I would highly recommend them.

I made an appointment to have a grave transfer form witnessed by calling what I believed was the Bulwell office phone number but it turns out the 0800 number covers all 3 offices and I wasn't asked to specify where I wanted to go (turns out I was down for an appointment in Clifton). The receptionist in Bulwell was very nice & managed to fit me in with the solicitor within 10 minutes of my original appointment time though and I got my form witnessed as required. The solicitor himself however was both curt & surly and certainly didn't make me feel that I would want to use the company for any bigger matters in the future. A shame really, but there you go. Hopefully I caught him on a bad day and he's nicer to people spending more money than my £5 for a few minutes work.

Kenneth was both professional and accommodating. I called for a notarial service and had an appointment same-day at a time that suited me. He managed the process very well and I found his prices extremely competitive compared to others I had been quoted. I would recommend his services, without doubt.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Particularly as this was my first time going through the process of notary, I was made to feel very comfortable and things were explained very clearly. I would certainly use the firm again for any future legal matters.

All I needed was a simple Affidavit for £5, they refused, saying they would only do it as a notary for £130! Not helpful at all, this is a simple letter to give me permission to take my daughter out the country without my husband, a lot of people do this every day and yet this seems to be a problem here so definitely won't be consulting them on anything serious in the future

I've bought and sold several properties over the years and would always recommend Curtis Parkinson . They are very professional and approachable . They kept me informed on a regular basis and were always around for advice if it was needed. My recommendation can't come highly enough.
