I have purchased two cars from this garage and both times I have been extremely happy, with me still owning one of them. The staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable when visiting and when deciding to purchase. I would recommend this garage because I'll be returning when I fancy a new car! :)

Absolutely awful, total ripoff merchants! I bought a 2015 Volkswagon Golf GTI in December last year. All seemed fine until I came to sell the car a 6 weeks ago due to very very high new insurance quote. It turns out the car is a Japanese import! This was not disclosed in the original advert on auto trader and nor did they inform me of the fact (legal requirement) the car seems to have invoked in some kind of serious front end collision as on much closer inspection, nothing lines up! The insurance is through the roof as it’s an import. I contacted the garage to see if they would offer to put things right, very unhelpful and very sloppy shoulders, kept telling me it was advertised as import. I contacted Autotrader who sent me the advert, no mention at all! More lies from the garage! The so called full service history is only from 2020 when the car was imported. I paid £18’000 in hard earned money for a car that is now worth no more than £8’000!!! I cannot sell as nobody wants an import, especially a Japanese one. These people will rip you off and advertise falsely to lure you in! We Buy Any Car won’t even buy it! Absolutely heart broken I’ve wasted so much money. Please stay away, there are plenty of honest garages to spend you hard earned cash!

Very helpful could not do enough for us, would definitely recommend we will buy from them again very happy. No pushy sales tactics, a couple of small niggles after a few days but the after sales service absolutely fantastic!! Restored our faith in car dealers. Brilliant can’t recommend them enough!! The best customer service and such genuinely lovely people. Could not have been more helpful with my car. Clearly is an older car but runs perfect, a few minor issues like my rear bulb went but everything was fixed as soon as i rang up with no extra costs. Used their garage in Stainforth as well and just as good. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I bought my car there, a Porsche Cayenne, 1 month ago, with the default warranty. The three small issues I detected were reported and fixed at no extra cost, covered with it. Harry and his team is awesome (sorry , I don't remember all the names).I highly recommend it, not the average dealer, all transparency and good communication during the process of purchasing it, all paperwork in place as well as the promised FSH.
