Absolutely fantastic service everytime, I am personally petrified of the dentist and every single staff member from reception to the dentists are fantastic and so reassuring!! Extremely good at what they do too!! I really hope they can open spaces up for nhs clients soon as I'll be moving straight away!!Thank you too all staff!! Xx

I had a thoroughly pleasant visit to this practice this morning. Lovely dentist and dental nurse. All the staff very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't change my practice. Very satisfied

Such helpful staff! I like seeing the dentist, and being able to have weekend appointments.

Went today with my 9 month son, to get three fillings done for me. My son got pretty restless straight away and the staff were great, dental nurse played with him. Held him, dentist even gave him some fuss. Got someone from reception to hold him in the end, had to get the fillings done eventually! So impressed with how they looked after my son. Fillings went fine too!!

never will I go herë again. my children keep getting their appointments cancelled at the last min it's a joke where 1 kids need braces and a lot of work my son needs 3 fillings which got cancelled and he has autism... apparently the dentist is not in that day we had to take time off work for this I'm so pleased I've got all my children in to another dentist more professional and so good with children with needs

Cancelled my appointment 3 times then when I missed a appointment after not receiving any reminder emails or txts which the normally send I was then took off the books and now have to go private - absolute joke .

On the 9th of February 21 at 9.30am I went for an emergency dental appointment. Being new to the area I was not too sure what I was letting myself into.I can not thank you enough for your kind gentle treatment. I like to mention the lovely receptionist who was very professional, the beautiful kind dental nurse who had two children and made me feel very calm with my breathing and also a huge thank you to the brilliant dentist. She was absolutely amazing and I felt not rushed as she talked me through everything and took all my nervous worries away. I do apologise for not remembering your names, I was far too nervous(upstairs staff)The NHS is very lucky to have you.Stay safeMandy Hart

From the minute I got in touch for emergency care, this practice ensured the best for me and went out of their way to help. The staff were so kind, listened to me and even stayed late so I could be seen. The emergency dentist was very gentle and reassuring and talked me through all the options and what I needed to do next. I am very grateful for the service I received. Thank you all for helping in such an upsetting time.

I have used this practice since it 1st opened, I have always had good positive experiences, My current dentist is simply the best, gives sound advice and recommendations. I hope she stays with the practice. I say that because as with most NHS dental practices, good dentist tend to move on to private practices.All I can do is appreciate her whilst she is there. (she assures me of long term intentions)
