Great care taken with Covid safety. Nice girl took long time colour consultation. Long time careful new style and cut. Very pleasant. Unfortunately the colour test for Paul Mitchell products made me itchy. Would be better to do colour test before washing, conditioning and using blow dry products as they're the same make as colour...I think ? But really nice girl, careful, good cut.

I visited the salon for a cut, ombre colour and finish. Instead I received an uneven cut (the stylist neglected to note my parting is not in the centre of my head) and blocky bleached patches/stripes throughout my hair. The hair was never toned afterwards and just curled tightly to disguise the mistakes. I had to wait over a week and ask twice to receive only a part refund. The stylist maintains that I received what I asked for.. I posted a picture of my hair on their Facebook, which they promptly deleted (I will attach here). Shocking that they are happy to take money off me and allow me to walk around with a haircut that even they don't wish to display on their page. After looking at the other reviews on here and their Facebook, it is also apparent that many of these come from staff that the salon employs, therefore being biased reviews.

Very nice hairdressers, good service, just a shame it's quite expensive but most hair places are these days. I don't go anywhere else to get my hair cut.

Been using this salon for a few years now and have always had a great experience . Colour gets done ( highlights ) every 6 weeks and am in regularly for blow drys . They are a great bunch girls and always feel looked after x

Big thank you to Sharan for making my hair look fabulous! I had three shades of blonde highlights and a cut, my hair hasn't looked this good in a long time. Salon is very comfortable, clean and spacious, coffee is nice also.

Covid careful all precautions taken. But since then today..... total rubbish colour. Absolute waste of 3 half hours time and £110. 3 consultations... tests taken and colour charts gone over. But hair still red, and hairdresser argued with me...despite taking photo herself. Will take this up with owner

This is not the salon i'm used to going to but when I had an undercut I needed an appointment closer to where i was. It was a simple shave with clippers, something any hair stylist should be proficient in. Even having asked for a fade, it was all the same length and there was areas she had missed, it was tufty, uneven and dry when i left.

Brilliant hair cut and dye. Fantastic stylist. Good service and conversation. Definitely recommend.

Went for hair up appointment. I showed the stylist what I wanted. She spent 20 minutes on me, was very huffy the whole time. I felt like I was an inconvenience. She did a real half arsed job then took £30! It was nothing like what I wanted and maybe I should have complained more at the time. It isn't the first time I have had a bad experience here and I will never return! Only getting 1 star because I can't give none!
