Great location for this Poundland store, serving the Plymstock community and without having the need to venture into the city centre. Free car parking only a minute away, the store is large (formerly Woolworths) and well stocked with bargains of every description you come to expect here.

The manager is totally unprofessional and disrespectful,talking to other staff and laughing at reprimand another staff member. Stating if they don’t work like her standards she get rid of them.That’s staff intimidation and staff bullying.This manager needs sacking I’m just appalled her talking to staff in an aisle when customers are around. It’s gross misconduct also breach of confidentialityAn embarrassment to your company

Great bargains on certain products.. Some nice cheap bits for the garden if you use them for one or two seasons worth a look around to see for yourself

Had everything I went in for (cheap,.on the go phone charging lead and some flower bulbs that I didn't really need) and served by a gem of an assistant. He was enthusiastic, polite, happy, smart and a real pleasure to meet. If anyone from the company is reading this, make sure you don't let him slip away, as he was inspirational. I'd go back there simply in order to support his outstanding customer service (I have no idea of his name AND I'm not related to him!!)

This isn't a particularly big Poundland, but they do have a good selection of products including a small range of clothes.

Youd expect things to cost a pound, right? Wrong! This place is filled with overpriced tat. The things that you think are bargains are not as you get the same in normal supermarkets but what you get in poundland is in smaller packets/tins/boxes. Okay for a look around but wouldn't frequent the place. Staff are not likeable either!
