1st Steer Driving School Cardiff - Automatic Driving Lessons

Had my first driving lesson with Naeem after a 3 month gap from any lessons. I feel confident with his style of teaching and positive about my lessons going forward. He put me and ease, very patient and explains things well. Looking forward to my next one :)UPDATE: I'm pleased to say I passed my test today with 3 minors. I'd consider myself a nervous driver and Naeem was extremely patient. I struggled with roundabouts, steering too close to parked cars and left turns being too wide and Naeem would go over this thoroughly until I was 100% confident with it. Didn't get annoyed at me once! I would highly recommend Naeem, especially if you're a nervous driver. Thanks Naeem :)

Thank you Naeem for teaching me the life skill that is driving! Would recommend Naeem to everyone, especially those who are nervous drivers. I had previously taken lessons many years ago with a different instructor who I felt really pressured and bullied by! I came into our lessons initially very hesitant but Naeem made me feel comfortable from the get go - he has been very patient, always adapting his teaching style to fit my needs and most importantly understands that making mistakes is a part of learning! Happy to say I passed with only 1 minor all thanks to Naeem!

This was a great course! I passed on the first tet. I did a 3 day intensive course. It was completely worth it to come up from London. I was totally prepared to pass and the instruction was excellent. This is especially good for Americans getting their UK license. I highly Naeem from 1st Steer Driving School

I had my first ever automatic driving lesson with naeem after a year gap from manual lessons and I felt super anxious before starting but within half an hour of the lesson I felt really confident and not pressured at all as like before with a different driving school, I would highly recommend to anyone doing automatic or manual with naeem, thanks again. Look forward to passing with you!UPDATE: I just want to say thank you to naeem for helping me along this journey, he reassured me many of times to be confident and just breath, before starting with naeem after a horrible experience with a previous instructor I thought I'd never pass and always doubted myself, but today I passed first time with flying colours even at nearly 9 months pregnant, naeem is such a lovely, helpful person and guided me at a pace I was comfortable with SO THANK YOU SO MUCH I CANT BELIEVE IVE PASSED! THANK YOU FOR BELIEVING IN ME.

I have passed my driving test first time with Naeem, he is very patient with me throughout my lessons. I suffer with my mental health a lot but have enjoyed learning with Naeem, he is very good at making you feel calm and helping you focus without being condescending. Highly recommend First Steer. I’ve only had two lessons and I already feel great and confident within my driving. I feel very calm whilst learning every lesson. Naeem is amazing at teaching and makes you feel confident even when making mistakes. He lets you know your faults but also praises you which is very reassuring I recommend anyone who is nervous or has anxiety around driving to try out 1st Steer Driving School!

Being a more mature terrified driver I was totally set at ease by Naeem. Can not recommend highly enough if this is something you've put off for years and think it's too late, book with Naeem and just do it!

Just had my 1st driving lesson with Naeem - I'm very impressed with his teaching as I wasn't too sure what to expect as with previous instructors they seemed to be more impatient with me. I struggle with my confidence driving but he made me feel at ease and within my first lesson I feel I have already improved some of my driving skills and with reassurance & guidance from Naeem I feel more confident that I can pass my test when it comes to it. Thank you for this - normally I come away from a driving lesson tired, stressed and dreading my next lesson but this time I was happy and look forward to my next lesson. He is also friendly, explains properly and picks up on things that I need to improve and things that I do well which is helpful.Update: I PASSED MY TEST! I only had 5 faults and felt like my driving has improved so much since when I first started lessons. I had previously tried manual driving lessons with a different instructor but changed to automatic when I started taking lessons with Naeem. I would highly recommend him as an instructor especially as he tailors his teaching towards the way we learn best and can use different methods. I am quite visual and kinaesthetic so it took me lots of practice and understanding visually helped. I think if I can pass the test...anyone can as I am a nervous person generally but my confidence has also increased and I feel more comfortable driving on my own and trusting my instincts.
