My parents bought a vehicle from here back in February, I always like to wait a while before reviewing.I can honestly say this garage were a pleasure to deal with, they offered a nice, no pressure sales environment and went out their way to help cater for my mums health issues when viewing and test driving the vehicle.The purchase process was smooth and organised and I feel the vehicle was a very fair price too. They were even understanding and patient when we had a banking issue on the collection day.The vehicle has been great so far and even though there were two very minor issues in the first month or so Mark had them sorted straight away and with no fuss at all.I would not hesitate to recommend this garage.

Car was great, tidy history and was a fair price. Mark answered all my questions and the car was ready for me to collect in 48 hours. Fully serviced and good MOT. I've had the car for a month now and I did notice some juddering when braking, gave Mark a ring who said to take it to a garage. Got our local mechanic to give the car once over and they said it was in really good condition. But needed new front brake discs. Without any fuss Mark transfered me the money (£200) within an hour to get it sorted. I do not know much about cars, and buying a used car from a private trader could be daunting, no one can foresee what might happen, but when an issue did occur Mark got it sorted immediately. I cannot find fault with any part of my experience with A M Car Solutions LTD. And would 100% go back or recommend them.

I bought a small car (Kia Picanto) for one of my daughters last month. After looking on Autotrader the car seemed very good value. To be honest, I was a bit suspicious about a car sales place having so many 5-start reviews! But they exceeded my expectations - were a pleasure to deal with, sorted a couple of minor issues, and delivered the car for me. No problems at all with the car. I dealt with Graham and I am very happy to recommend him.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from AM Car Solutions, both were fully serviced and valeted prior to collection, and all keys and paperwork was correct. A small problem on one was sorted by the workshop without issue.I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership, indeed I am looking to replace a car soon and would prefer to go back to buy again.Our 3rd vehicle had 3 or 4 faults, these were eventually rectified at our request

Called up Mark at the dealership, told him I was interested in 1 of the cars he had advertised online. He had told me the car was still available and can be viewed straight away. I had explained to him that I couldn’t do the same day as I had to work and could view it in a day or 2 and offered to place a deposit. Mark had said that is fine and offered to take the car of sale and said to me not to worry about a deposit. I found it amazing that he had actually trusted me without a deposit and took the car of sale which is amazing compared to big dealerships! When I went to view the car, there was 1 or 2 minor issues which Mark said I will resolve for you. 1 of the issues was the 2 rear tyres were running low on thread which Mark put new tyres on the vehicle and the other issue was there was a couple of minor little marks on the car which is understandable as it is a used car and can’t be in perfect condition, despite the fact of it being a used car, Mark went above and beyond and got the whole car polished for me and had superguard applied to the car. He had been really patient dealing with my finance company who was a bit slow and asked for a lot of information. Despite all the hurdles we had Mark went above and beyond and had the car ready for me in a way that it looked like I was driving out of a showroom with a brand new car. I have nothing to complain about and I honestly think that Mark has done an amazing job with the car as well as the customer service side of things! Thank you Mark!!!

I have now purchased two cars from Mark at AM in the last two months and I would highly recommend dealing with him as the whole experience has been a pleasure.Both cars have been excellent value and we have really enjoyed driving a lot of miles on holiday with no problems.

Used car salesmen usually come with a reputation for some negative things and so as a buyer I shopped around to find someone I had a good initial impression of, who comes with reviews, and who appeared genuine. Mark ticked all these boxes and was fair, quick and helpful in dealing with my purchase - he's also a lovely chap too.We love our new Citroen Grand C4 Picasso and hope this review helps others.

Brought a BMW from Mark and traded an Audi A4 gave with cash on top. He said everything is covered within the first 3 months even giving a document stating the same. Big smile and all the Mr nice guy act. I call within the 3 month period and he tells me not everything is covered even though he shook my hand and said any issues he would sort out.Soon as I called he becomes agitated. He will do and say anything to sell a car. Not a man of his word. He will do as much as he can to stop you from bringing the car back. Your better off with a different seller.Remember when he is saying the 3 month warranty covers everything with that big silly smile of his, it does not. He even said any major issues such as clutch bring it back but clearly he is lying to get a sale.

I bought a VW Golf from Mark at AM Car Solutions after looking around other independent dealerships and found doing business with him very straightforward. He was always easy to get hold of as I had a few issues within the warranty period and these were dealt with to my satisfaction. They have a decent choice of good quality used cars and I would recommend them.

I bought a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer, I traveled from Northampton to come here and I'll return again for the right car 100%. It was exactly as described and Mark also helped sort out a second key. Honest and transparent, it was a pleasure doing business with him.
