Alfred is brilliant…… professional, courteous, knowledgeable and totally reliable. He ordered the part for our washing machine immediately after Our phone conversation and fitted it on the day it arrived. The repair was carried out perfectly and with Alfred’s very pleasant and helpful approach. All this for a very reasonable charge which Alfred quoted in advance of our appointment.I will have no hesitation in calling on him again and recommending him whenever possible.

Very quick response. We requested call back, got call back in an hour, discussed our problem with tumble dryer over the phone. Alfred was in our house in matter of minutes, fixed fault with ease, as had already spare parts in his van.. Very pleaseant, proffesianal,. And definitely reasonable pricing...

Called up and we were able to diagnose the fault over the phone so he ordered the part needed straight away. As soon as the part came he phoned me up to make an appointment for later that day. Very professional and pleasant, definitely the nicest repairman I've ever had, and at a brilliant price too - Excellent all round!
