My wife and I took a car on a test drive last Friday afternoon ,on our return we went into the salesman's office , we chatted about car tax and insurance on the car we had just been out in. The salesman offered me 200 part exchange for my car . I told him that we wanted the car and that I would come round Saturday morning with my father as he is going to buy it for me. He said that's fine I will get the car round the front for the morning. He didn't ask me for my phone number so he could let me know if anyone showed an interest in the car.me and my father turned up sat morning was showing my father the car when another guy who took us out on the test drive the day before told me that he had gone and sold the car and hour before we got there.i was not happy as I told them both that I wanted the car.the other chap did tell the salesman how much I wanted it but he just shrugged his shoulders and tried to sell me a different car and a more expensive car than the one he had just sold to someone elseYes they have some nice cars there but they won't get another penny from me or my family. He if checked his records he would of seen that our family have bought 3 or 4 car's from them never again

My daughter recently bought an older car from Metro Motors, which developed a couple of faults. I rang Ian, who without hesitation or question, had the car in and rectified the problems immediately. Thank you.

Helped us repair our car when we were on holiday. A speedy repair along with professional friendly service from Ian. Would highly recommend.

Ian has fixed my car twice now both perfect repairs. He does not overcharge and is honest with what needs doing compared to other garages trying to claim more was wrong. Thank you Ian for doing a great job will continue coming back.

i have recently purchased a car from this garage and was very impressed with the service i recieved.I know this present sales team took over 11 months ago and are very proffesional in their jobs .I gave a deposit at the time of agreement to hold the vehicle as you would for anything you are purchasing . Motor traders get a bad press, but I can't fault these guys. Really open, honest and helpful. Didn't push when I prevaricated over a decision to buy. Just allowed me to mull it over, take my time and decide at my pace. Having bought the car - a year later (yes A YEAR later) when the previous owner found the owners manual (historic BMW) - they called me. And popped it in the post.
