A very friendly and supportive community of tenants. An absolute pleasure to share laundry duties and to spend time with other tenants.Friendly and laid back staff.Unfortunately there is no working wifi, and phone signal is generally so bad that phonecalls have to be made outside of the building.Carpets in the room in desperate need of changing as there is a potent stink of cats that cannot be masked.Many children of families staying here have been living in extremely cramped conditions for over a year.A common room/sitting room/communal dining room for all tenants to share and meet in, would dramatically improve the experience of tenants living here, and would allow the children of the families living there to play together as well as allowing adults to get to know each other and better support each other.With thanks and appreciation to Connolly and Callaghan.

A very friendly and super supportive staff member. Been living in one of the properties for months now and it’s been a lovely experience. Staff member drop in intermittently to know if we are ok or have any concerns. Any issues are treated swiftly.My special thanks goes to the Manger Josie who have been relentless, very compassionate and helpful, she has gone above and beyond to make sure my children and I have the best!I will give C and C a 5star because it well deserving. Keep the good work up guys. I lack words to express my gratitude!

It’s a good place, lovely staff members, it’s always clean and well looked after, the manager Josie is amazing. The staff drop in now and then to check if we doing okay, they make sure you feel at home and safe.

The service is amazing. The accommodation I recently moved into was in order, the rooms were all well furnished and cleaned.The environment, the back yard and front yard were well kept and tidy. I personally find everything comforting. The manager, josie, was really nice and helpful. 5 star service, would recommend.

Staff were fantastic and always helpful, a great stopping place to help get back on my feet, it gave me the opportunity to save some money and get the support I needed. Josie has been exceptional in signposting me to all the support I need
