Be careful. Been over 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded a single mum her deposit. £150 is a lot of money when you have young mouths to feed!

Poor and inconsistent response to a complaint; charged for correcting a battery issue (over £300) to find my lorry would not start when picked up. Immobiliser wires have been disconnected on closer inspection. Upsetting and expensive experience all round. Definitely avoid here if you are a woman. The ladies in the office are very nice so that is why there is one star.

Take the estimate with a pinch of salt broke down on the a14 fuel issue got recovered to Taylor’s found problem received estimate of £660 + vat final bill came to £1455 including vat
