Medivet Brampton

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately no vet for our kittens second vaccinations. Also now confused with when to have them neutered, one says 4 months and someone else said 6 months. We have a male and female cat and naturally worried about the female being in heat and mating together.

Sadly on Monday I had to put my 14yr old dog to sleep. As you can imagine I was deverstated. The team at medivet Brampton were amazing. I never felt rushed, they supported me, they were caring and I knew they would take good care of my dog even when I wasn't there. Amazing team and service! Highly recommend for all your animal needs.

First initial greet was great by the reception. Then went into see the vet and clearly from the start my dog was nervous and barked a couple of times, the vet then asked to put a muzzle on him so we did which my dog was not happy about then the vet decided to walk straight up to my dog with no communication with my dog and at pace so my dog reared up and began barking again. The vet then said I will not be looking at your dog and that he needs to see a behaviouralist and while saying that my dog threw up on the floor, clearly my dog was anxious because it was a new environment and being a vet I would of thought that he would of understood but clearly not as my dog did not have the proper health check he came in for.

Always friendly and caring staff, can be hard to get appointments but that’s not the fault of the practice, just make sure you book in advance. Would recommend this practice. I take both my dogs and they are well cared for.

Vets really care about the animals and all the support staff are lovely.

I have 4 cats. It was very easy to book through the phone. 1 of my girls was spayed and the service during and after procedure was excellent so far. Staff is very friendly and welcome. Their care plan pack is very good. As I have some mobility issues I am very happy with the parking spaces, also. Thank you.

The vets and the nurses have so far gone above and beyond to ensure the health of my pets is the best it can be. Even at the most at the emotional times they have offered reassurance and sent a card at the time when the moment was just right to accept the sad moment of loss. Thoughtful and as expected, pets come first.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Very clean and hand sanitisation in place. Explained all aspects of treatment prior to commencing and really made you feel.you could ask as many questions as you needed too in.order to understand. Over the phone advice was good and clear too and didn't make you feel like an idiot. Excellent in all departments I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a veterinary service for their pet.

Staff are very friendly & very welcoming, but have found them to be very expensive. Have also been told on more than one occasion recently that there is no vet available so appts have to be delayed - is that not your entire business model? Sadly whilst local, I am now looking to move our cat & dog to another vets which are much more reasonably priced and have been present in the community for 30+ years with much better reviews.
