Bought a bike online - quick & efficient service. Unfortunately it was delivered to the billing address as opposed to the delivery address - however, staff were very apologetic and compensated for the fuel for me to go and pick it up. Great deal on the bike too - thanks

I can't thank these guys enough. Absolute excellent service. I called the shop earlier today with a collapsed rear wheel baring. Expecting a long delay before I could get this sorted due to the demand of the workshop. Gary asked if I could drop the wheel off to gauge the cost and time limit of repair. I walked out of the shop in less than an hour with a new wheel and my bike back on the road. Absolute fantastic service guys. Thank you so much. I use my bike 7 days a week and rely on it daily to commute to work.Thank you

Having recently taken up cycling and buying a used bike to dip one's toe so to speak, I was experiencing quite a bit of discomfort from the fit. Fortunately for me, I was able to spend some time with Gary who was able to assess my position and fit on my turbo trainer. After having my butt measured (who knew that could be done!) And only what could be described as a superb level of professional advice and adjustment to bars and position, I am now training in comfort. Thank you Gary. Highly recommended.

Again these guys come up trumps. My bike was in for general service and health check and they discovered it was needing warranty work. After a couple of weeks they recalled my bike in and done the work to a very high standard. In mid service Dave called me to advise me on the condition of the pedals and advised on a quality replacement at a very reasonable price. Why go anywhere else?. Great work guys.

Had a puncture nearby - rode on a path & suddenly noticed some glass. A lovely couple walked me to the bike shop where I was embarrassed to tell them that I couldn't sort it because I find my ebike too difficult to deal with. They immediately set to work, fixed it & gave me helpful route info to help me on my way to Middleton in Teesdale where I sank into the arms of the bar & the bed at the welcoming Teesdale Hotel. Big thanks to you all for your kindness & skill!

Inspiral have always been a little independent bike shop with huge customer service. They have always looked after my husband and myself with whatever we've needed.This time round I was looking for an E-Bike. Gary and the team were great, not particularly favouring any kind of motor and being honest about the realities of owning one, especially as a first time E-Bike owner and been off the bike a couple of years.I was met with nothing less than 5* service. Communication about timing, pricing, delivery, build couldn't be any better! Never had to chase once! And the bike was in sooner than expected! I was treat like I was their most important customer and nothing was an issue.Thank you all for just being absolutely fabulous and amazing service!

Popped in about 2 months ago just for a look, been speaking to since guided my through the whole buying process what was nice was they sold me a bike that suited me not them to sell.Fitted everything only bad thing I can say is the water bottle was empty when then installed it for me lol.The staff are all really dedicated know their stuff and there passion shows through every employee.When I left I was handed a price of paper, some custom stuff and advice made by the shop for new buyers on stuff that may not be found in the manual.Coming from London I've never had an experance like this and will be the only bike shop I use now.Thank you for everything.

Purchased an Marin Alpine Etrail from The shop Online and found the customer service from Gary and the rest of the team exceptional, Bike came delivered when they said it would to Scotland, used a good courier service and reliable and informed. Bike has a small niggle which is being resolved and any questions I have had have been met with extremely prompt replies with calls and emails.
