I’ve recently changed from using Specsavers as I wanted a more personal touch and didn’t want the constant extras added to the end bill. During these somewhat strange times we live in at the moment, I felt that the shop was very clean with everything sanitised and clean. Julie, who performed my test was very thorough, and Karen helped me choose which lenses and frames would suit my needs and measure & fit my new glasses. I felt that at this Optician you were treated as an individual and given more of a personal touch, rather than being just a customer number.

AVOID! Bunch of Scam artists!They will prescribe you the wrong prescription so you will come back a few months down the line and spend more money.They are Extortion artists. Please stay away. I beg off you. They will rip of poor families with no regrets. They are all about the upsell and don't care about your health and vision.

My family has always had excellent service here. eye tests are always thorough and the optician explains things in detail in a way that is easy to understand. I've also been impressed with how welcoming they are to children.I've always found choosing glasses frames difficult and appreciated the advice, care and attention from the owner, Karen about which frames suit my face and lifestyle.

Disappointing customer service. I would not recommend that your manager calls customers stupid and reduces them to tears. If a pair of glasses is not fit for purpose then it is your responsibility to make amends rather than insult a loyal customer who has recently spent over £500. We accept that mistakes happen but your response was unjustified.It's no wonder that you're attempting to upsell at every opportunity to compensate for the dissatisfied customers that are not returning.
