Fantastic service, picked up my car Monday, delivered back today (Thursday), kept informed throughout. Everyone I spoke to on the phone, and the pickup / delivery drivers were extremely friendly. Thank you.

Cannot fault the service from Gemini. All staff I dealt with were polite and customer service focused. I was kept updated right from the start, to when my car was delivered back to me. The repair is excellent, top work. Could not be happier.

On June 20th my vehicle was stationary and was hit and damaged by a stolen car, with false plates, which was being pursued by a police car. I had a meeting with the officers involved, photos were taken and details were exchanged.I then spent 4 hours plus trying to call Flow (LV) on their 'Accident emergency' line - to report the accident and gave up in the end. I then called at 6:26 am the next day, it seems this is the best time to speak with anyone at Flow, when most of the nation is still asleep.I spoke with Keith, he took all the details of the officers involved and said he would text me the reference number (which he didn't) and their 'approved' repair company Gemini, Brierley Hill, West Midlands would be in touch between 9 and 11 am to make arrangements for repairs and supply us with a hire car.Sure enough, 9:15 am Reginia called to book the car in and take details etc... The car would be collected on the 29th for repairs and upon collection a hire car would be delivered too.On the 27th July, I received a call from the garage to finalise details about the damage and repairs, this was despite me completing Gemini's ridiculous app with images of the damage on the 24th. The call was complete and it was all confirmed for the 29th - as previously arranged.July 28th: (day before collection)During the late afternoon, I receive a call from Gemini to say that someone had not returned the hire car that we were supposed to be having and they were going to try and hire from Enterprise and they would call me back. I then receive a call (bizarrely) from Enterprise at 4:50 pm, to say: we do not have any cars available

First class repair carried out by first class people.The staff were cheerful and very helpful I could not have asked more,I would in all honesty recommend this company,my car was immaculate when I collected it. Thanks a lot Gemini.

Very unprofessional.Since I put the claim we went back and forth and eventually the car was picked up.We agreed for the worked to be done as there were no parts needed. Halfway down the line they ordered the door and delayed the with the timings.No curtesy to update on the job what so ever. Infact when the customer calls for an update they make them.feel as a neusence.Very disspojnted about the service.They have no complaints process either .

The repair on my wife’s car is first class. The vehicle was picked up and repaired to a very high standard then it was delivered back to us exactly when they said it would be. The vehicle was returned in spotless condition inside and out. Gemini’s staff were very helpful friendly and polite during the whole process of the repair. I will in future take any of our vehicles there if I need to. To sum it up first class and many thanks.Stuart & Tracey Smith.

Car went in for repair, complained about the smell of smoke, did not smoke if their courtesy vehicle and even got it valeted the day it went back. Due to my personal car smelling they took advantage and charged £75 for a valet when the cars spotless and smells fresh. Not happy at all about this service.

I found that the customer service and workmanship were faultless. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The work done was fully explained (new wing, new bonnet, new reinforcement bar, various plastic panels and trim, and painting of the same as an insurance funded job on a 2015 Audi A6). Some of the previous reviews appear to be totally inconsistent with my experience.Well done and thank you Gemini Brierley Hill.
