Awful customer service when I went to pick up my items. Lady was texting on her phone and did not acknowledge me until she finished her text message. Then proceeded to ignore me until she finished what she was doing. Realised she was in the wrong then asked for my ticket. No hello, no sorry for the wait, no thank you when items handed to me.Rude and unprofessional. Sort it out.

So after trying to find a dry cleaners as our local had closed I came across Geeves in Kingswinford. All I can say is we both highly recommend this place. They are very reasonably priced. I picked up my fiancé's suits and coat today (Friday) after dropping them off on Tuesday and we are both happy with how they look and the time scale. The staff are helpful, friendly and down to earth! We will definately continue to use Geeves, Kingswinford!

Took my grandparents Kilt to be dry cleaned. They did a great job, pleats look nice and neat and it was available to collect much earlier than expected. Really nice and friendly staff too.
