Knowledgeable but quite pushy, spam emails and follow up sales calls about income protection insurance too. Despite saying they could get me a better rate than another broker, when it came to the mortgage application it turns out they couldn't. On the positive side they did take a lot of time to go over all the options with me and communication is excellent.
