Steve, Dan and Julian were absolutely fantastic. We were in the middle of a summer house build, and were badly let down by previous builders. Steve and his team came to the rescue, and turned what was an ugly part building into a beautiful cedar clad summer house. They went above and beyond to help us out and I would definitely recommend them as a great friendly respectful team. We shall definitely use them again.

One of the worst 'builders' you could hire.Awful experience that ended with us being left with a half-finished kitchen, massively out of pocket and being ghosted by Steve and his guys.He also kept our house keys and blocked our calls after bring paid the bulk of the money.The work was worse than the experience. And it was an a awful experience. 0 Stars if I could. Will cost us so much to fix this mess. Thanks Steve.

S&L did a brilliant job building an office in my garden. They were a fast, efficient and upbeat team even in the middle of a searing heat wave! Great communication, transparency and knowledge from project lead Steve and his plastering skills on the interior were particularly impressive.Key things that really stand them apart from all the other garden room companies I looked at, is firstly the bespoke option and not having to buy in kit form. Steve and his team built everything to order, on site which gave me the flexibility I needed to make the room fit into an awkward garden space, and to get materials through the house with no side access.The other thing is that unlike many of their competitors, S and L are not trying to rob you with non-essential add-ons. The pricing is transparent and fair and Steve's approach is honest, which goes a long way in this day and age!
