Polite customer service and good service... eventually.I came in to get my iPhone 6S unlocked from o2 and I was told it would take 3-5 working days for the unlocking to be completed. It took almost 9 days before I was able to use the phone.I went in on day 6 to ask why it was taking so long and the assistant was very apologetic and explained that it was no longer in his hands and that the external company was dealing with it.Either way, despite the wait, they did a great job.

Great prices and well service I went to fix my phone so many times even water damage but the guy were very nice to me they always fix my phone with reasonable prices and quick as i am their regular customer highly recommended
