Ann Summers Derby

Came in for bra fitting, was feeling very nervous but the lady was very friendly and made me feel confident. Amazing service and I will be coming back, didn't catch a name but she had long dirty blonde hair

Was really nervous to have a bra fitting but needed doing . Lady was so eager to help and made me feel super comfortable and was actually enjoyable . Her customer service was unmatched . Didn’t get her name but was so lovely

Love the regular in store sales and the rotation of the sales items. There’s a great selection in the intu store and all of the lovely staff have been very friendly and helpful during every visit.I highly recommend.

Placed an order to collect. Turned up at 7:30 for it to be closed and a bunch of girls inside laughing about. Meant to be open until 8pm. Called and phone line got ignored. Shall be leaving the item for return - went to boux avenue for a last minute item

Fancied a trip to a different town. Store assistant looked down her nose to me today and refused to see to me as I asked for a fitting as I do regularly to update my lingerie collection (usually in and Nottingham who are always happy to assist and help me find the sizes in the styles I want).Very disappointed in this store went and bought 5 new sets from 2 different companies instead. Will not return to this Ann Summer's. Very disappointed.

The staff there are super friendly and they don't push you into buying things.

I haven't got much experience with lingerie but Bella was extremely helpful!! I ended up getting more than i expected but i am not disappointed so thank you again!! X

I have always been an Ann summers girl, ever since about 14 I've loved their underwear and collections but in recent years the quality has taken a huge dive whilst remaining at the same price.The customer service is also dismissive and not what it once was. I hardly ever stumble across a set I like in there anymore, they're unflattering and I hate to say it but just bland recycled collections in new colours.After Boux Avenue opened up on the same floor in Derbion, Ann summers haven't got a patch on it. The prices are brilliant, the collections are absolutely stunning and incredibly inclusive with not only design in mind but also fit. The assistants all know how to fit a bra properly and tailor it to you.Something that ann summers no longer does, the new staff are unprofessional and told my mother who is a 32-34 back to go to a 38! despite the 34 being on the tightest hook. They do not know how to fit a bra unfortunately, and it is no longer an enjoyable experience.Again I cannot stress it enough, the staff are incredibly dismissive, rude and cannot be bothered to deal with you or help you.It saddens me to be writing this review as I have always loved ann summers, but the quality, bland designs, pricing and customer service just cannot be excused anymore.If I ever see an Ann summers set I like (unlikely) I'll visit a different store. Save your money and visit Boux.
