Ellaway Brothers

From my first phone call to Gemma at the Ellaway Brothers office to having our septic tank emptied by Colin, the service has been impeccable. Both ladies in the office are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Colin, who emptied our tank, was friendly and knowledgeable and very happy to answer all my questions and explain the ins and outs of our septic tank system (we haven’t long moved in and are used to mains drainage). Can’t thank them all enough. We will continue to use Ellaway Brothers for many years to come, even though they are not our nearest septic tank service, because they are great.

We booked this company as we had a septic tank we needed emptying....we wanted to check the state of the tank so asked Gemma for some advice and she arranged for Colin to come do the job...What a pleasent chap he is....the tank is, in Colin's words in mint condition" so we are very pleased to hear that.We are very happy with the advice and service we received and will most definatley being using them again in the future...I would recommend them if you have a septic tank that needs to be emptied. Excellent company, spoke to very nice, professional lady in the office; came when they said they would, with really kind, careful, helpful driver. Second time we have used Ellaway Brothers and highly recommend.
