Fabulong Hair

Been going here for about a year and the salon is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been happy with my hair every time, and the staff are lovely! Charlotte done a brilliant job at highlighting my hair, very pleased! X

This place is amazing and so is the hair and the staff. Hollie Katie and Connor are the most welcoming team and really pay attention to every detail to make the experience the best it can be. I have my hair styled on a regular basis, both in the UK and abroad and I'm always amused to see how every stylist are amazed about the quality, placement and colour of the hair. You literally cannot get better than this.

Extremely poor customer service. Was ignored for over a month of emails. However when it came to taking payment the replies were very quick! Finally Hollie got back to me but was very rude and unhelpful I was told the full head of matting hair would be replaced but I have only received 5 pieces of hair? What exactly am I supposed to do with that fabulong? I have tried to email about this but again I have been ignored so I have no choice but to leave this review. Such a shame as I've previously had nice hair from fabulong.

Absolutely awful customer service!!! Bought a weave and only had it 5 months was 22 inch is now 14 inch in that space of time this should not be happening. And when i asked them to look at it as the state of them is appalling they accused me of dying them and sending them completely different extensions. I would not recommend Fabulong at all. Worst customer service going!!My hair lady that I purchased my hair from did try to message 1 month after having them and all use did was ignore her. And then it took use forever to reply to me. In my opinion i think you should just own up your mistakes that your hair brand is absolutely awful quality ad ive had so many weaves before and non of them are half the legnth in 5 months .

Had 14” wefts fitted today by Katie. I’ve not had extensions for many years and Katie was incredibly professional, informative and talked me through each stage of the process, not only demonstrating her knowledge but also putting me at ease. I am sooooo pleased with the results and would not hesitate in recommending fabulong and Katie for hair extensions. I would like to add that the whole team were very welcoming and overall was a relaxing and enjoyable visit! I look forward to returning in 6 weeks for my maintenance appointment. Such a lovely salon! All girls are all professional and make you feel so welcome . Always leave feeling glam and my blow-dry lasts for days!! I always have the redken colour mask and I wouldn’t be with out it in my colour service now… I have had my flat weft in for 6 months now and it’s still in amazing condition! The best experience I have ever had in a salon xx

Lovely experience at Fabulong!I have been wearing hair extensions for years and have tried clip ins, tapes, all sorts. I am now wearing their premium flat wefts and can safely say I’ve never had such lovely high quality hair and will recommend to friends and family! The wefts are so comfortable and the hair just feels like it is my own. My hair was colour matched and applied by Katie who was lovely and I can’t wait to go back for my maintenance in May! Also the salon is gorgeous and just what Portsmouth needed! Xx

This is my third flat weft hair piece, which in total has lasted over three years and today was my 3rd refit with this current weft. Fabulong has changed my life. I have extremely thin short hair that won’t grow past my jawline and the 18” wefts I use are so good. There’s always great care taken with my natural hair. Hollie and especially Katie have maintained such condition of my natural hair that I’ve kept it up this long continuously knowing that I can have my extensions sewn in, maintained and no damage to my own hair after all this time. And I will keep this up indefinitely. Thanks as always Fabulong Extension Bar for a great service and a relaxed treat to feel good about such an important part of my confidence.

Come in the salon for wash and blow dry with Ebony , all the girls were lovely and so welcoming . My hair felt so clean and lovely after . She really took her time and styled it lovely after. Would 100% book in again !!

I’ve been going to Fabulong for years now for colour and extensions. My hair has been in excellent condition ever since, the girls in there are lovely and always at the end of the phone or Instagram when I need them ♥️
