Kingfisher Heights

Great location, but many issues in the building.First is the nursery operating in the residential area - the noise is constant, no teacher control, I won't even try to explain what the kids are doing while unsupervised.Then, the soundproofing of the flats is quite poor - the noise from the nursery, people talking, shouting and banging stuff can be heard, as if it occurs right next to you in the room on closed windows and doors.The steam extraction systems and pipes are another source of noise 24/7.Cladding issue on the balconies, inadequate concierge.Despite the great location and the close park, I personally cannot recommend this building.

The property is on the DLR metro line and very close to London City airport.The property did not have few things like knifes and towels were less, but when we informed them , they took care of it straight away.The parking is not right below the building , its in another building at the back side which is a 5 minute walk. It would have been good if it was closer , especially when your staying with kids.The apartments are comfortable and has all the basic amenities

Nice building , here so many flats , parking not much , and most of parking for residents with numbers so be careful guys .

This set of high rise buildings are ac mixed opinion. This isn't the first time I've been here but I have been here before and generally it's not a bad design but a little on the simple side. The build are new and the walls inside are plasterboard and this not everyone knows how to mount items on them. For me it's not a problem as I can drill in it without issue but other people new to the modern buildings might. Parking isn't the best in the area so do be aware of that and local food places not the best. Otherwise it's a clean building in a nice area to live and have young family growing up. This building is relatively diverse with probe of all background and communities.

Stopped for 5 mins to collect luggage from the building, got fine 2 mins after stopping while in the building. Parking inspector was literally hiding in the car parked nearby. What shame.
