Excellent service and assistance from friendly front desk staff Barney & Courtney. The facility is always very clean and secure. Access to the units from the parking area, (even with a lot of boxes!) is made easy by the available trolleys and the large lifts.

Excellent service. I was guided trough my 125 sqf box booking process since the very beginning. They recommend the right size based on your needs without overestimate and propose you the correct insurance package without pushing you to buy what they want. The team in Bracknell was very kind and helped me a lot: I had some delivery arrived whilst I was not there and they were very kind to help the driver to offload my stuff.Very professional team, I do recommend them without any doubt!!!

I've been looking around for storage for ages, there was something putting me off the big storage companies, not sure what. Someone suggested Big Yellow, and honestly since we secured our room at Bracknell Big Yellow I've been singing their praises. Karl, Barney and Courtney were all brilliant, extremely helpful. The whole thing was slick and easy. The team were professional but friendly. Also importantly its value for money, a fair price and I couldnt find anything as nice, with parking and facilities for anywhere near the price. Very happy.

The team could not have been more helpful, clearly explaining everything that we needed to know, options available and ensured we fully understood the safety aspect of entry and exit. Facilities are very good.

Brilliant team, facilities and Karl is an absolute credit to the company. So knowledgeable,funny down to earth and explained everything fully to a novice like me. 17 years in the company shows this company cares for their staff. Sorry I didn't take storage straight away but I will be back to move in soon and now that I know I can recommend a friend to get additional discount down the line. Chefs kiss.

The team at BY are very good, Karl, Barney and Courtney sought to understand my business needs before recommending a spacious unit with lighting.Since moving in I have received excellent customer service and a willingness to offer help and support.I recently moved all my stock from a storage facility sharing a similar postcode where the management sought confrontation at every opportunity.This Big Yellow is a breath of fresh air and I recommend it to anyone seeking more space.

Quick and easy check in. My first experience of storage, so cannot compare, but seems like a good price for what I need, and they even offered a smaller size of unit to save money.Storage very clean, well lit, and easy to use trolleys to move items.

What a team! Cannot rate them highly enough or thank them enough for their care and attention. The facility is immaculate and nothing is too much trouble - and I have been a bit of a pain as i took one unit and then realised it was too small and had to take a second! Carl (I so hope I have got your name right!) and Courtney went to the ends of the earth to accommodate me, so thank you both and keep up the great work!
