Amazing customer service from start to finish.As a cold water swimmer and ice bather for over 4 years, I recently upgraded from my old reconditioned drum (which was weathered after a few years) and ordered a 5ft stock tank from Urban Ice Tribe. I was pleased with the speed at which it was delivered and cannot rate the quality of the tank high enough. It looks great and will definitely stand the test of time. I have also ordered a headrest and cover (plus lined the floor underneath with a yoga mat as recommended by The Tribe). The tank came with an in-depth user guide (including care and maintenance).Before the cover was dispatched, Ryan checked that I had ordered the correct size (which I hadn’t) and made sure the correct cover was sourced and sent.I would recommend this company and their products to anyone.

Excellent company. Everything from communication to delivery was flawless. Slight dent in the tub due to transportation but this issue was resolved swiftly with professionalism & honesty. Ryan & the entire team at Urban Ice Tribe were a pleasure to deal with. The tubs are sturdy & well made.
