Car Recovery Service

Jason.. Well a complete legend! Made me feel at home straight away when my car had a flat tyre with 2 families on way to airport. Collected car soon after I had to leave it on side of carriageway and then while I was away, got the tyre replaced. Car was left in his compound for a few days until I got back. (know this as I checked my car tracker app).Even picked me up from the local train station to get to the compound! Hit a pheasant on the way to work and it took out my remote radiator. Called up and they were already extremely helpful and got to me very quickly. They offered me a extremely good quote ( another company quoted 3x more ).Now being a lowered car with a splitter, side skirts etc a lot of recovery company’s either wouldn’t do it or would just drag it up damaging the car. He took his time to make sure not a single part of the underneath of the car made any contact with the bed, it was a precision job.Cannot fault his work at all all, amazing service, greats bloke and extremely well priced.Anyone with a low modified car you will be fine with these boys!

I dont really know where to start. This is one of the best services i have ever received. I had broken down at my work car park and the gentleman who came out was outstanding. Not only was he fast and efficient, but showed his amazing personality by keeping my little boy calm and involved, he explained everything to me in a way i could understand and even left to get the parts required and had come back and fitted them. I would not of known what to do if he didnt show up. I would give 100 stars if possible. Thank you for being so understanding and compassionate in a very stressful situation. I would recommend this service to every person i know. And to top it all off, i was charged a very reasonable price for his service. You deserve all the praise you recieve.

Fantastic service, I wish I'd found him sooner to be honest. After calling all the main car recovery people and all of them either not being able to help me or wanting to charge an arm and a leg, I then called here and he was able to sort everything for me. We had a lot of faff because I have a really low car, but he was able to get the wheel off and take it to a garage and get a new tyre sorted and I was all good. I want to say a massive thanks as this was super stressful for me and my partner. He was super friendly while being professionally and down to earth.I 100% recommend this company. 10/10

Our car broke down on a Friday afternoon during rush hour traffic on the A14 right at a roundabout- the absolute WORST possible place and time to break down. I did a quick Google and called a company in Cambridge that told me it would be over four hours before anyone could get to us and our dog wouldn't be able to ride in the cab!. Quickly doing another Google let me to Jay and our godsend of the weekend! He was with us in under 30 minutes- NO SMALL FEAT in rush hour traffic! Hooked us up and drove us an hour home safely with our little dog on our lap in his cab. He made a super stressful and terrible situation feel like an adventure, smiles and jokes all the way but with absolute professionalism. I was never worried that things would be okay. I would recommend ANYTIME ANYWHERE. Lovely human, amazing and professional service. I'd give six stars if I could.

Car wasn't starting and I needed a tow to a garage. Jason was able to come out and take a look at the battery and engine, and was able to get my car started again. Wonderful service and would call again for any issues!

Excellent service and very understanding. It was suggested that my car be recovered to a different garage to fix the engine troubles. Was quoted nothing below £160 to move it 0.2 miles and would have to wait days or weeks. I was quoted a fair and reasonable price by this company and they managed to fit in recovery the same day. Can’t thank them enough for making a difficult situation that bit easier.

Absolutely superb service, when I was in need of assistance in getting my vehicle recovered back home on a bank holiday Monday after a compete vehicle failure. In one call I was given a fantastic price and instant response time. This guy was sound as a pound gown to the ground. Investigated the issues I was having with the vehicle and advised what I need to do to fix the problem. Service was second to none, friendly, great sense of humour and helped me out of a difficult situation and made the whole experience as easy as it could have been. Thank you.

Incredibly professional and knowledgeable of his job. My car is very low to the ground and on top of that had a flat tire. For this man it was no problem. He showed up extremely quickly, busted out of all the tricks and got my car towed onto base with no damage done to the car. If you need any type of towing or roadside assistance look no further, he will get your car right for a very fair price!
