I have been using cycle king for all my bike purchasing and servicing for the last 15 years and have always found them to be very professional, competent and the service has been exemplary.I had the front brakes serviced last week and it was done promptly. Last night the front caliper came loose and I took it in this morning to have a look at it. Liam immediately identified the problem and took care of it straight away. The caliper needed replacing and was then replaced free of charge.Thank you to the team at Cycle King Rayners lane and I have no hesitancy in wholeheartedly recommending them.

Outstanding customer service. I bought a bike from Halfords and took the bike back to fix an issue. They didn't want to know. I then went to Cycle King Pinner where the team went out of their way to fix the issues even though they were busy. That's what I call outstanding customer service. Thank you!

What a pleasure in this day and age to shop at a family run business.I bought my son his 1st bike and returned a week later to buy one for myself. Friendly,informative and extremely helpful.staff,especially Andy! Nothing was too much trouble and their time was given generously. Would definitely recommend a visit

A overall excellent place for all things to do with your bike. The staff member i met there, andy, i belive his name was was an absolutely outstanding member of staff. It became clear from the start he knew exactly what he was talking about probayfrom his years of experience serving here. The store had everything i needed in diffrent price ranges . The shop is nice with sufficient choices however the accessories prices are bit high. Had unfortunate experience of buying brake pad at double price of competition, when reached back to return the stuff, store denied. Garage guys were good.

The amaco zoom Shimano for my 7 years old daughter is a bit high and needs a little downward adjustment to enable her feet to touch the ground. We need a wider seat and how to adjust the gear system.Let me know when to comeThanksSo far my wife and daughter in less than 2 days have complained of a bruise in between their thighs.They are demanding a better fluffy seat.In all, we are still examining while we learn stability riding the bike.Thanks

Very friendly, nice and helpful, came in to get my bike fixed, they fixed it on the spot, with no extra charge, due to it being a minor problem and easy fix. Will be honest with you about fixing bike, recommended going. 5 stars

We were at the Cycle King this morning, and Andy was very prompt to assist us with our 5 year old Granddaughter's bicycle.Andy did a maintenance check on the bicycle, fixed the stabilisers, checked the brakes and adjusted the seat and steering arm, checked air in the tyres.He did all that very efficiently and at the same time giving us advice.Thank you Andy.Rangini Jothiraj.24th October 2023.
