Absolutely brilliant, very quick and efficient. We had Sonam as our dentist and she was so lovely with my little boy, I can’t remember the name of our dental nurse but she was also so lovely. Great experience, very welcoming and friendly. Thank you :)

Hygienist Harry and his Lovely dental nurse were Fabulous, made me feel at ease. Excellent practice all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Not satisfied!In 15 minutes they done X-ray, 32 teeth cleaning and 2 teeth filling. Guess how much they made in 15 minutes but money won’t be the issue if they wood give a good service. 15 minutes will not possible to have a good cleaning and fillings with good finishing. I am hoping they going to be good with my other teeth.

I’m disgusted with the service I have received from the manager Liz, she wouldn’t care to listen that I look after a disabled person in which they and my self missed the appointment because of issues on the day, I did leave a message but as usual they said they “didn't receive any message” she continued saying I was being threatening because I was calling out how discriminative their policy and she was being. She then tried to threaten me by reading out my name and address (which was incorrect information) but there wasn’t any need for that, very unprofessional. I was being honest and stating facts, she obviously isn’t very good at handling criticism. Policy is discriminative and so was the manager, said “to stop making excuses” honestly shocking and appalling service.

I cannot praise this practice enough from the lovely Meg on reception to my dentist Shane. They are patient and caring, nothing is too much trouble and whilst I have a great phobia for dentists and have spent years avoiding them unless in serious pain. Shane has helped me work through that with patience and care above and beyond.Fantastic service and all the mod cons.

Friendly, professional staff. I had a tooth extracted and everything was explained thoroughly to me at each stage of the process. I felt comfortable throughout. So pleased to have found such a good dentist. Thank you Sonam and Cara.

Both dentist and hygienist were wonderful , very calming and put my mind at ease. Receptionists are also very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
