Jo has been visiting my cat on/off and over a longer holiday since we moved. She always makes the time to update me on the details of how my cat is doing during each visit, has taken the effort to befriend my cat during her visits whilst still respecting her space and has been very responsive in all our communication. I would highly recommend Jo as a catsitter. She is trustworthy and true to what she commits to do.
