I feel like they don't do the work for love, just for the money. My French bulldog has allergies (which is normal), and for them everything is always normal. I was lucky to find another veterinarian who gave me all the assistance I needed. I've had several negative experiences. The bath and care service, The Groom Room, always leaves something to be desired, I take it to have my nails cut and they always come back crooked and poorly cut. Waiting for improvements!

Kind and professional staff. The patrons are conscious people making way for others to be present and during multiple visits random strangers have offered assistance and allow6 others to advance in the que ahead of them.

Refused to weigh my 3 month old kitten to treat for fleas. They said because he was registered with a different vet. Although the vets his registered" with havent even seen my kitten yet for a health check or anything due to only buying him saturday! If you could have seen my kitten earlier id have registered with you and cancelled the other vets. So now due to your staff refusing to weigh my kitten to treat for fleas sooner. He has to wait and remain uncomfortable in this heat"

The personal is friendly and helpful and I love how the vet treated and spoke to my pet.

Occasionally late in being seen by vets or nurses, other than that, a nice place with great staff. They look after my son/dog very well.

My experience with the clinic has been very good. They have given us quick appointments. They have investigated and diagnosed my dog condition promptly. Not pushing for additional costly exams. Just decent and logical plan to find out what was wrong. We dealt with various doctors and all of them were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The reception staff also is rocking it, big thanks to Vicki for all her support with additional paperwork from the insurance company.The only room for the improvement would be issuing invoices when paying so it is clear what the customer is charged for and any mistake can be corrected promptly (there has been once a mistake that I found out about when dealing with the insurance claim, the clinic made a refund once I spotted it). I can see now that I can request an invoice and will do that in the future. However I think it should be a standard good practice.
