I went to the gas station today to clean the car and the vacuum cleaner didn't work at all, I told the lady. It has come out, it has pretended to clean it, it works now. But it still didn't work and they didn't want to return the 2 pounds, just for 2 pounds, they're going to lose a horrible customer, I'll never clean the car there again.

I do come here quite often to wash my vehicles as I own a tour operator.I went for the bronze jet wash (5 mins) this time as it was not that dirty. When I went to rinse the shampoo the rinse button was stuck and I was unable to wash it properly (I actually had to use the wax rinse button to try to wash the shampoo off but run out of time as I used it too late). I told what happened to the shell staff and the guy basically blamed it on me: that I run out of time. I explained to him that I come here on a regular basis and that I know how it works but he chose to ignore what I was saying. I had to pay another £2 to rinse the van properly.Highly disappointed******Once again I have faced a problem with this station's staff.I went to use the jetwash and my coins got stuck. Told one the members of staff, Colin, my issue and he said (yelled) it was out of order and that there was a sign. Went back to check and yes, there was a sign but attached to the gun instead of the main device where you insert the coins. People do insert the coins first and then reach for the gun...Please do hire people with manners and professionalism.

Why did expensive for fuel

Absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers shame on u.So I went today with kids as I was choosing what chocolate to get for my kids I put one chocolate on a wrong shelve went to pay for my fuel and chocolate on the counter the guy who was serving me said very rudely go put that chocolate where it belongs I was shocked and upset the way he spoke to me I will definitely take this to the head office. I paid for my stuff and as I was leaving he goes I guess I have to do and I said it's your job isint he goes no people like u make us do more work what does he mean by people like us?Shame on u shell for hiring such staff

I only use Shell for my vehicle because of the quality of their petrol. A bit expensive then the others but good for your vehicle engine. Plus you get money off vouchers after ten times using Shell app. Staff always nice and happy to help

Handy location, friendly staff but that blasted Costa coffee machine never works properly.My main reason for visiting this Shell is to use the Costa machine and get hot caffeine.Tip: If Costa's machine won't serve you then there is an all-night McDonalds within rolling distance that will.There's a loo here, a car wash, an easy courtyard to navigate and generally no queue. Staff are friendly but customers rarely wear masks.The food options are newsagent good but there's not much in the way of hot alternatives.Seafield is both a blessing and a curse. I've seen likes of police cars pull up outside. There's sometimes speed traps. Occasionally there's even drama with the nearby crematorium; I've seen drunk/distraught mourners out on the road. On the other hand it is THE direct route between Portobello and Leith.

Wouldn't recommend self service jet wash. Pressure washer stopped working with 5 minutes remaining to go. When enquired at the checkout been told they don't deal with that because it's a separate entity. Although it says in big letters Shell Jet wash. Haven't lost lots of money, but still disappointing.
