Aisles are to narrow to try and browse nicely. Massive set of stairs on wheel down 2 aisles very hard to pass. And trying to find anything is a nightmare. None of the shoes of that style and colour are below the show on display.

Good location. Ample parking, shop was easy to find and staff were helpful when asked about shoes I wanted.

Great range of shoes - though sometimes they don't have the correct size, so more searching needed, but staff most helpful & personable... Worth a visit

Good range of trainers available at a reasonable discount. Bought a couple if pairs with 30% off. Staff were very helpful and carrier bag (not plastic) is free.

Great long lasting shoes. The reason for only 4 stars is the walkways in the shop are a little narrow, so if it is busy you're constantly getting in people's way.

We visited the store for the first time about 3 weeks ago on our way to Stansted airport to go on holiday - I was uncertain of what to buy and one assistant, Sarah, spent a long time helping me choose a pair of shoes. I was really impressed with the time she took to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. A male assistant/manager was also very helpful and friendly. I decided that as it was an opportunity to buy more Skechers before returning home, to pop in to the shop again on my return from holiday, on the morning of Thursday 6th October. Unfortunately, this time the experience was less than favourable. There were 3 female assistants who spent the time chatting to each other and at no point offered any assistance. I was in the store about 45 minutes, finding and trying on different shoes, and at no time did anyone ask if I needed help and although there were a few other customers who came in, no one bothered to check if they were looking for anything in particular and they all looked and walked out. I did think why am I bothering, but then I decided to walk out myself would be biting my nose off to spite my face, so I did eventually choose a pair but couldn't face going to the till so asked my husband to go and pay .. the assistant on the till asked if anyone had helped and when he replied no, she said 'good' - I don't think she was being rude, just that she actually wasn't listening to him and it was an automatic response, and it was obvious that she couldn't care less about having a customer spending money. It was very different to my first visit, when whilst Sarah was helping me, other customers were being helped too. If I hadn't returned on 6th October, I would have happily given 5 stars for the experience I had on my first visit, thanks to Sarah but sadly the 3 female members of staff working" on my second visit made the experience a lot less enjoyable."

Not to my liking. Insufficient staff when visited

A well laid out clean and tidy huge store, lots of room to move about with a very good selection of Skechers on display.On looking at the selection be mindful the sizes are on the sides of the shoe boxes but the USA sizes are highlighted larger, so make sure you read the labels to get the correct size for you in the UK. (This was pointed out by my daughter)Staff are very helpful with nothing too much trouble.
