Nightmare of a company to deal with. Goods ordered 22.07.23 with an eta of 3 days, now 08.09.23, 7 emails 2 calls down and a few parts have arrived, the rest lost. Their team claim it’s a shipper issue, when making a PayPal dispute reclaim they then state it’s been delivered. Delay to project, been offered a refund on two occasions but none ever sanctioned. The dealings are that bad I almost think it’s a scam !Update: 09.09.23Please provide evidence 3 of 4 parcels have arrived ?So far one box, it contains a only few items, the bulk of the order is missing. These parts only suit the other parts ordered so you require me to accept part of an order I then can’t use, I then spend a further few hours working out what’s delivered and what’s not and you refund the whats not , how does that help the customer ?If the seller has packed and shipped the goods why do you not know what’s been received and what’s due ?Why not ship all of the order in one box, it would have been far simpler.Why are you so quick to respond on a review site and via PayPal but not via your own communication channels ?A shambolic approach to business and I am still no further forwards.

Wide range of products. I found exactly what I wanted at a good price. Delivery was speedy although not next day.

Avoid this company if you short in time! They are selling exactly what my company need, but they have a big problem with their staff. My every second order delivered to wrong address, most orders huge delays and customer service not helpful at all. Fell sorry for company owner, as good business idea spoiled by bad employers!

My order was to replace 25 year old air vents which had got tatty. The new ones fit perfectly and look good. The delivery arrived at the expected time.

Shocking customer service, now been waiting 7 weeks for delivery, no tracking info provided, no updates on delays and no callbacks when trying to escalate to complaints.

Good price. Item as advertised. Delivery slow took about 7 days on free delivery.

This company probably sells good variation of products, but the customer service is very bad. The call centre in UK is complete waste of their money. Girls working at this place are more interested in having a chat and lough with their friends then to help customers. I have a personal experience with work from internationally shipping companies and work in logistics. As a sender you always have a way how to check on deliveries and how to contact freight companies directly. You are the one paying them at the end of the day. And they are more likely to talk to a sender than to receiver. But Ventilationland team do not care and do not even try to look like they care. I only was told, without any checking: Hmmm...Your parcel might have been sent back to Neatherland. Well...if thats the case

Very reliable and flexible seller. I have ordered some stuff from them but for wrong postcode. They was able to manage my mistake and solve the problem. I have received my order on right address. Thank you!Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service, been 2 weeks now and no package, yesterday they said it hadn't been dispatched. I now emailed to cancel my order and surprisingly now they claim it has been dispatched over a week ago. I suspect they are lying, they also claim there is no tracking link???? What a joke of a company.I read that their orders actually come from the Netherlands, so a total scam claiming to be based in the UK. I should have trusted the terrible reviews and not used them.Suspect I will never get my package or a refund as others have experienced. NEVER use these amateurs. Abismal service.
