When I wanted to create a a home cinema for my family, I thought I knew what I wanted as I did speak to a few (so called) specialist! But having spoke to Chris, it was pretty clear that that I was barking up the wrong tree and he advised me without trying to sell to me which was important as this showed his true passion! Anyway, after spending a good morning with him and after demonstration of the fixed screen and short throw BenQ projector, I ended up buying a package for the two.Anyway, roll on few months later, a few problems arose which were through no fault of Pure Theatre but Chris and his team were there and offered to help and made fully sure that I was up and running again. Nothing was too much trouble and for me, this is where they scored massively ie excellent after sales support and customer service.

Absolutely fantastic home cinema experience. Several screens and 3 projectors on demonstration, Sony, JVC and Epson to compare. Chris explained everything you could possibly want to know and won't rip you off in any way. Loved it. Thanks. Lisa & Neill, Stoke-on-Trent.

I had an issue with my Harmon Kardon Citation 1 speaker on changing Internet provider.Chris answered my email the same day and solved the problem - I hadn't realised there was a reset button underneath.It now works perfectly.

Honestly, the best investment in hardware and service I could have made. We decided to create a small cinema room and I visited the Showroom in late 2020 to get some advice. Chris spent 2 hours with me, explaining all the tech, demoing hardware and I felt so much more informed than before i'd walked in. I ended up buying everything (cables, arcam amp, monitor audio speakers, screen, Rel sub) - i was hard not to after getting such in depth support. When it came to install, I must have phoned Chris daily for about 2 weeks getting advice on how to best install, test, configure....never did i feel rushed off the phone, he always explained more than i'd even asked for and the result is a gem of a home cinema setup for us. Best customer service support i've had for as far as i can remember, and definitely needed when you're investing so much in hardware.

The staff were great. Chris let us view an ultra short throw projector and left my wife and I alone to use it as we wished. Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and iPlayer were all logged in and ready for us to use on an Apple TV 4k. We didn't try Prime Video, but I'd be willing to bet they have that as well. I was also allowed to change some picture settings around and the staff were happy to turn on and off various lights when I asked. Very good demo experience.

Chris at Pure Theatre was really enthusiastic, practical, knowledge and you could tell took real pride in his business. I really thought I was 90% solid on everything to know on home theatre and after a couple hours talking to Chris and seeing the setup examples in the showrooms I was turned around on so many things. Even if I didn't buy anything going has saved me thousands on snake oil. However, now I know the projector lifts are designed and manufactured professionally onsite I'm definitely coming back for one.... And later on one of their screens they also make in house. Great visit and I'll be coming back no doubt.

I purchased my home cinema over eight years ago and installed myself the company is so helpful both in purchase and after sales which is rare these days.I recently called for some technical advice and spoke to Ben he talked me through a reset procedure and routine maintenance.I would purchase from them again and recommend this company in a blinkalso you're buying British made and designthanks agian
