Outstanding service provided by Welcome Home London. Stephanie was very responsive when we first contacted her and shared invaluable knowledge and recommendations. Their pricing is transparent and can be found on the website which we appreciated. We went with 3 services: Property Search (Renting), Settling In (utilities) and School Search. Muriel was in charge of finding us a house while we were still abroad and then schools for our children once we arrived. She provided a wonderful personalised approach despite challenging circumstances. We arrived mid August when the accommodation offering was scarce but Muriel found us a house in a lovely neighbourhood taking into account each of our (evolving) preferences. She spent hours on the phone and online to make sure the necessary accounts were set up properly (council tax, utilities etc). Muriel then went above and beyond to ensure our children got into one of our preferred school. We are so grateful to Stephanie and Muriel, they definitely made our international move less stressful.
