Good tip, staff friendly and tip well-organised and clean. I do miss the old tip from a couple of decades ago, but then everything just got tipped out onto the floor.

Decent recycling venue. Let down by the strange layout and the fact that you can't go back (except on foot, or by driving out & back in) if you find something that needs to go in one of the earlier recycling types. Entrance corners are pretty tight too.On the positive side, they don't charge for hardcore recycling and they have mattress recycling!

I love Lumns Lane tip. It's organised, staff are friendly and helpful, and it's clean and tidy. Excellent. Best of all it doesn't stink like some tips.

Went there today and it was closed! No explanation why , workers just gave me directions to the Cobden lane tipWouldn't even tell me when it would reopen!

The members of this organisation have no regard for people of colour and a clear conscious bias towards caucasian individuals. Will be putting in a very serious complaint. In the meantime there is a clear lack of training on inclusion and diversity and would not recommend this publicly funded facility to anyone.

We've used this recycling centre for many years now and have never had a problem. The staff are friendly and always answer questions when you're unsure what you're doing. They cater for all sorts of waste and recently I found out they also take not just clothes donations, but DVDs, books etc too. All of which go to charity. Would highly recommend. They do great work.

Brilliant staff. Friendly. Helpful. Sometimes they help taking an item to the right section for you if you have a few things. It's easy to get too though it can get really busy. I try to go early to avoid the crowds. There really is no excuse to have piles of rubbish with this friendly tip close by. Note: Take care if turning from Queensway onto Lumns Lane. Proceed with caution as a bit of a blind spot there.
