If you could put none it would be that! 2 hours delivery, everytime I rang they said it would be there in a minute, didn't even ask for the address that was waiting, rude staff, avoid.

Menu stuck to the counter -says £19.50 for menu 5. When ordering the assistant said ‘prices have gone up, now £22’ but the menus haven’t arrived yet. The menu is on display - it’s false advertising. When challenged he told me ‘take it or leave it’ Quite a dreadful attitude and a shame for his business.

My family and I decided to try a new take away for a change. We were recommended Pizza Jim from friends and decided to give it a go.I ordered a BBQ Pizza, My dad ordered a kebab and my mother ordered cheesy chips.We ordered online, the website was good and easy to navigate. I used the pay by card at pick up option but didn't know I couldn't do this. However the staff called me straight away to let me know which I found was really great that they did that. I paid online instead.Picking up, the place was really clean and the staff were welcoming.The food, the food was ok, not bad but not good.The BBQ Pizza, the sauce was quite nice but the toppings fell off as I was trying to eat it, the stuffed crust I felt wasn't tasty either. I just felt like the whole pizza didn't really taste nice. I put this down to my own taste and not the fault of the takeaway.The cheesy chips, my mother didn't eat at all as she did not like it. I tried it and I did agree, chips were nice but the cheese didn't taste of much at all. If It isn't, a mixture of cheddar (cathedral city) and mozzarella would be delightful.Finally the kebab, again just didn't taste of much.We will probably give Pizza Jim another chance in the future.

Quite possibly the worst takeaway I’ve had in a long time. Took 2 hours to be delivered. After calling 3 times we eventually received it. Stone cold pizza and chips, and the onion rings were completely flat/ congealed . Might have well thrown my money in the bin. Horrible.

Last two orders were disgusting. Chips were cold and greasy, the Tuna pizza game me food poisoning. Messaged on facebook and never got a reply. Won't be using them ever again. Food used to be great but not anymore. Poor customer service to.
