If you want personal attention then this is where you need to attend. From the reception with Dawn and Claire who were beyond helpful and friendly. To Sofia the optometrist who explained every detail. She gave us a thorough examination that wasnt hurried. She was also super friendly. Cannot recommend them enough.

Having been to all the usual high street options, it was a breath of fresh air having found Bushbury Eyecare. They go above and beyond with their friendly professional service.All businesses should be like this place in terms on customer service and their caring approach.Well done Bushbury Eyecare, see you in 2 years for my next eye check.

A friend from out of town visited and needed an urgent appointment. The team at Bushbury Eyecare could not have been more supportive, responsive or caring. The receptionist recognised my friend was panicking so got the optician to call her to provide assurance. When we attended the appointment they saw my friend immediately, diagnosed quickly and sent us to A&E with clear instructions. The optician then called the next day to follow up. Just amazing service. I will be going here in future and would highly recommend. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent care - very much appreciated!

Fantastic service, I called them for help with my daughters eye infection after we couldn't get an appointment with the GP and within half an hour I received a call back from the optician and a prescription was made available for us to collect. Staff I dealt with were so kind, caring and helpful. I am very grateful. Thank you!

When arriving for my eye test in January I was warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist and did not have to wait for my appointment during which I felt calm and relaxed due to the friendly manner of the lady that conducted the test. The ladies were so helpful in choosing my glasses and I can’t believe they were ready for me to collect in less than a week. Great service!

For days I called my usual high street opticians but my calls were never answered so I decided to call Bushbury Eye Care. They promptly answered my call and made me an appointment for a few days later.My eye test performed by Sofia with the most up-to-date technology was impressive. But what she did after the test was to offer me contact lenses so I could choose my new frames.I was absolutely amazed. I have used all the big brand opticians and have never been offered contact lenses to choose costly new frames. I have made many a wrong choice in the past to my expense and annoyance.I was given time and help to choose new frames and pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost of the designer frames on offer. I'm so used to over inflated prices for designer frames I could never afford but at Bushbury Eye Care I was able to afford a lovely pair of Ray Bans. That I know suit me.The staff Dawn and Claire were very friendly and helpful. Sofia the optician, professional and chatty explained she had recently taken over the business.I hope this post encourages others to try Bushbury Eye Care. They are a thoroughly deserving business that I most highly recommend.

These ladies are the most accommodating, kind staff you could wish for in an opticians.Get yourself here - if you live in Wolverhampton there are no excuses to go anywhere else... They're THAT good.Place is pristine, much nicer than any big brand name. Great choice of glasses and everything incredibly professional.Friendly, personal service.Honestly, try them. You'll never change back.Rearranged their entire day to ensure I didn't have a serious eye problem with my symptoms.Many thanks again ladies, keep up the good work.Beautiful shop!

After my daughter got sent home from school with problems with her eyesight I rang these ladies for advice.I was asked about her symptoms and was then advised to take her to the eye infirmary.After various tests at the eye infirmary we are now waiting for an urgent brain scan. I can’t tell anyone enough to treat any symptoms/complaints with children’s eyesight seriously cus I almost didn’t.I can’t thank these ladies enough for their advice and asking for follow ups even though my daughter isn’t a patient of theirs (although I will be moving to this opticians now) They genuinely care
