Happy Days Meet & Greet

DO NOT USE. Nothing happy or good to say about this service. Most people use meet & greet for speed/convenience. Drop off service was abismal. Kept calling to confirm arrival 30 mins ahead as instructed. No answer. When they finally did answer it was a 30min wait before being able to hand keys over (to apparently the owner who promised a better service on return). Return flight arrival time given in advance. I even texted the owner in advance to say I’d landed. Called for return of car and told driver will be there in2 mins. Great. Got a call back to say driver will be there in 15 mins. Driver arrived 35 mins later. Female driver, who couldn’t even work out how to switch the car off or put it into park mode. Terrible service. I will never ever use this unprofessional outfit ever again. Book if you feel like wasting money. I’d have got my car quicker if I’d booked it inna further away car park with a shuttle bus service.

AVOID at all cost.Scammers, who take your money, asking cash extra to bring the car earlier, making you wait for one hour to drop off the car.Other trading name - EXPERT Meet and Greet.I suspect they park your car somewhere in their private homes/or empty fields and you have no knowledge of where your car actually was. Typical business model in certain countries.Heathrow becomes a cheap rundown place with such ‘companies’ that if you can actually call it a ‘company’.They appear on various comparison sites but under different name/s. Be vigilant.Unfortunate for us but now lesson learnt.

I booked this service as it seemed good value but clearly you get (or don’t get) what you paid for. The directions given were poor as we ended up driving through the drop off and charged an extra £5. Head for the ‘short stay car park’ to avoid this!We then waited 25 mins for the car to be picked up and watched as he took off from a standing start to see how fast he could go 0-60, a total cowboy!When coming back, again followed the instructions but told to wait inside. The terminal and somebody would call me back in a couple of minutes. 20mins later, I called them!! Again told to wait and somebody would call me. They did… 5 mins later and told my car would be dropped off in 10 mins. The delivery driver couldn’t give a hoot and was very dismissive. A poor customer care and the worst meet & greet I’ve ever used! Woeful service.

0/5 - Got greeted with a £20 'late fee' charge upon arrival back into Heathrow which is not mentioned in any emails/T&Cs. Got palmed off by both the guy with the car/guy on the phone with some pathetic explanation. Terrible service from a terrible company - I will never return.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They demand £20 cash how ever small you miss the time of drop off or collection. Won't provide invoice or receipt. Totally against HMRC regulations.Drivers and office staff very rude and threatening.AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. Their website makes them out to be very user friendly with no mention of the £20 penalty. That is far from the truth. Their drivers and operations desk are very rude and threatening. Gave them one star as can’t give half - half only because the first customer service assistant a lady was very polite and helpful as I had arrived a day late to pick up my car.However what an appalling attitude the customer service guy had. Not willing to listen and very aggressive over the phone. They brought my car at LHR to the drop off parking which they are not allowed to do. The driver had the nerve to lie to the airport security and say I asked them to bring it there yet they instructed me to go there as apparently the terminal 3 short stay parking was busy. I found that very appalling as she started speaking to him in her language lying, thank God the security saw through it and told her off.NOW the major problem is the driver damaged my driver side car seat and it does not adjust then she tried to deny she had adjusted the seat. It was clearly adjusted as it was not in my normally position anymore. When I range their office I spoke to the guy at customer service who was extremely rude and very aggressive over the phone and had to hang up and he then tried to call me from different numbers which I of-course ignored as I felt harassed . These people do not care about your vehicle, only care about money it seems. DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF THEY OFFERED YOU A FREE SERVICE.Such a shame as my experience dropping the car off was pleasant but the young arrogant guy at customer service should not be dealing with people, he gives the company a negative image. I will never use these people again.

Staff who meet and greet and park your car are lovely but BEWARE - unless you arrive within 10 mins of your booked time they will charge you an additional £20. How can anyone driving to Heathrow guarantee a time of arrival so specific? Smelled like a bit of a money making scam to me - not mentioned anywhere on their website but justified by them as an amendment to your booking.

DONT TRUSTMemory card from dash cam missingCar dropped back to arrivals at nightSo had a quick look around car all seemed okDrove home didn’t take any notice of dash cam until a couple of days later it came up with insert memory cardChecked hole for card to discover it missing so rang to ask what happened, was told they would get back to me , rang again a week later to be told that didn’t have it and that have no reason to take it out but it’s gone missing between dropping off and when I picked it up, then I was told they disconnect them because of laws and regulations , so was my car parked somewhere it shouldn’t have been as it was dropped off and picked up in the exit lane terminal 3.So not interested in what I’m sayingHave used lots of companies at different London airports never had a problem beforeSo it’s your choice if you use this company

Unprofessional approach from staff and drivers. Worst service I have received from a meet and greet parking at Heathrow, fed this back to the driver and the booking office and had a dismissive response. Apparently not going to the drop off desk and blocking hotel access parking on a pedestrian crossing causing an obstruction to vehicles and pedestrians is good practice!

Bought a reasonably priced three day meet and greet parking package that included full clean inside and out. On arrival waited 50 minutes for car delivery (“15 minutes away”), and no clean. They promised to come back to me with compensation but despite many attempts to get hold of them I have received nothing.
