I love this shop. I am here almost every week and can honestly say that I have never seen such a hard working team. I have no idea how they have survived the lockdowns. Don’t always have everything I need in stock but that is not their fault and they move heaven and earth to reserve the stock elsewhere or order it in for me. Paul in particular is excellent.

Excellent service from Zack, He was very patient, His product knowledge was brilliant, helped me find the exact socket set I needed. Also the service was very quick and covid guidelines are strictly followed with the staff asking customers to wear facemasks if they weren’t already doing so.

Very pleased that from time of ordering to being available for click and collect was under an hour. Served by Johnny, who was very attentive, good eye contact, and handed over goods in good time. I’ve only been using tool station for a couple of months following recommendations from my son and grandson, but the staff, availability of goods, the quality and price are first class. You’ve got my custom! Keep it up.

I quick and friendly transaction! I already had the item number on my fone so showed the staff member rather than waste paper for one item. He was very quick,accurate and friendly I was out of there in less than 5mins!Socially distanced tills and masks to be worn! Nice little store
