I used Simple Mortgage Lending to assist me in buying my first house and the service from Rachael has been nothing short of first class.Racheal made the entire process of buying a property easy to understand and encouraged me to ask any questions for issues I wasn’t sure about.The responses to any messages or emails I sent was always immediate and Racheal would never leave me waiting for a reply.Racheal was always in contact with my solicitors and the estate agents to ensure everybody was on the same wavelength. I felt that this was going out of her job remit but I wasn’t surprised as I got to learn that she goes above and beyond.I would have absolutely no hesitations using Simple Mortgage Lending again and I will 100% be recommending them to anybody I know looking to move home

An absolute pleasure dealing with Racheal at SML from start to finish.
