Absolutely horrific dental practice. They are blatantly over booking and rushing patients. I was treated badly by the dentist and most of the receptionists are very rude. I was left in worse pain than when I went to my appointment, then rudely and passive aggressively told I now had to wait 6 months for the hospital to help, I was in agony and therefore I had no choice but to go private. Never should anyone go here. Go private if you can, or go somewhere else. All these business owners care about is money and not the patients.

Worst practice I’ve been in. Never had a problem with them until early last year when my dentist left. Receptionist is a rude especially over the phone. I had a 30min appointment booked for a filling but hey asked me in 20min late and done a temp. Instead. Temp filling fell out after four days and had to wait almost two weeks for a new appointment when the tooth was cutting my tongue. Then had a normal filling done which chipped after a week or so. Seems like all appointments are rushed and they just don’t care about patients. I’m definitely switching the surgery.

There website says they are open on Saturdays but the receptionist denys they are. Dont ever need an emergency appointment because it wont matter how much pain you are in. NO-ONE even cares enough to squeeze you in. If you ring the emergency number they tell you to go to your own dentist. But this dentists idea of duty of care is an appointment a week later.

When I joined the practice I believed my teeth were in pretty good condition but in need of one filling, I had a checkup..which confirmed only one filling needed but on day of treatment the dentist carried out several fillings and advised further treatment would be required. Some of the fillings then fell out and had to be replaced..an abscess then formed and was not picked up and I had to attend A@E. Further fillings have fallen out since. My treatment is incomplete (if it was ever necessary) and the receptionist has at times been very rude.

Rude receptionist. Previous bad experiences of leaving half a tooth in and getting infections. The final straw has come when they refused to see my son as an emergency despite nhs saying that it was urgent. Thankfully we have found another dentist and we will all be moving. The emergency could not have waited 3 days like suggested. I really do not recommend and wouldn’t use again.

They not treating decaying teeth in time, instead they wait for them to break so that they will have to be crowned so they get the biggest cash return, as well they discourage people openly on having crown paid by NHS and encourage to get better and stronger ones done privately with them. They do not fit temporary fillings on broken teeth so that patients are left with exposed teeth until they get the treatment so it gets infected quicker and hopefully for them leads to root canal treatment which again is a biggest cash return for them.Lastly they do root canal treatments when they are clearly not required and quality of that treatment is questionable, like root canals are not completely filled etc., it eventually leads to the tooth extraction. Which in turn leads to bridges and dentures which are the biggest cash return for them. They do not offer regular plaque removal to their patients or any other hygienist treatment.Senior nurses, the old receptionist and the management run this place like a Soviet Kolkhoz and it only looks nice on the first glance, they are not to be trusted. If you come to question any of the treatment they will discharge you. They keep swamping their dentists all the time and you can't seem to keep seeing the same dentist for longer than a year which as well affect the level of the treatment as those dentists are new all the time and they don't know your dental history they do not seem to care neither. This practice needs a serious shakeup I don't understand how for years nothing has been done about it.

Went in for broken tooth and abcess. Booked a follow up appointment, changed my work rota so i could make the appointment.1 week before my appointment i get a phone call saying that the dentist is working in another branch that day and my appointment has been cancled.Due to the last muinet nature of this i have been put in a position i have to wait another month with an abcess and broken tooth before treatment.

I was late for an apportionment by 9 minutes but here's the thing, I got there in 6 minutes (the open window in which you have to be there is 7 minutes) but spent the next 3 minutes waiting in line and they said it was my fault and would not let me see the dentist. I've waited well over an hour just to get seen before so why should I have to wait an hour when they can't wait 10 minutes.
